Sometimes, when taking photos of letters, the camera blurs part of the text while focusing on text on another part of the letter. The wide angle camera is a nice touch though. The screen isn't as vibrant as my previous phone, although it is still very good for the price.

Excellent value phone, with great camera and battery lasts for 3 days before it needs recharging and then only takes around 15 minutes to be fully charged.I'm a retiree and must have been the last person to still be using an old Blackberry. I didn't want to let go of the physical keyboard because previously I had found touch pads difficult to use. When I opened the phone I was a little distraught because I was certain I had been sent the wrong charger, it was far too small to fit into any UK socket. Then a friend told me, I just had to pull one of the prongs out to make it fit (that was after she fell off her chair with laughter). Good pricing, poor implementation
20 February 2022

This is an excellent phone for raw performance with a couple of major flaws.-The camera is not what you would expect when you read 108mp. It is worse than the camera of a Pixel 3. So beware - by the standards of the day, the camera is useless.-Some of the moto features like karate shake for flashlight don't work. This isn't that important as there are workarounds.-Android auto has never worked for me since I switched from Pixel to this one.-Many of the apps won't update to their latest versions because this phone is stuck with Android 11But this is still a good device if you want a fast, fast phone at low cost. Having said that, I have faced persistent network drop-off issues when switching from 4G to 5G and the other way.

Great phone for the price.
7 February 2022

I was looking for a premium phone without the usual big prices. The specs of this phone are certainly similar to 2021 flagships, and this is what tilted the balance for me. I have not been disappointed, the screen is really good, despite not being oled it is both clear and bright and shows up will against my previous Sony Xperia 1 despite the obvious gulf in cost. The processor handles everything I throw at it, I've had no slow downs or pauses, it has been great. It has ample storage for my requirements. Build quality is good but not the waterproofing and glass casing I've been used to, but it's a small price to pay considering I've saved £100s. Battery is really good too, and charging is plenty fast enough. Camera isn't perfect but does a pretty good job with most ... MoreI was looking for a premium phone without the usual big prices. All in all I'm delighted with this phone, considering on offer is only £350 (even full £399 is great value). Thanks Lenovo!

Great value totally average phone
14 February 2022

Three stars? Yup - this phone is average in most respects. That's no bad thing tho, and it's cheap. Don't expect lightning fast action and accept the odd hang or jitter. Despite the hype the camera is average too. But, hooray, it has a compass!! Really useful in conjunction with any mapping app. And it has pretty good (36-48 hours) battery life in the real world. Also, Lenovo, I sincerely applaud that you haven't messed with the Android GUI too much and I love Moto actions. (These are good features of all Moto phones, not just the g31).So dear reader, if you've got this far, you get a cheap phone with average but totally adequate performance for really not much money - suits me!

Moto g73 5g - my ideal phone
25 September 2023

I can't fault this phone. Good display - resolution and brightness. Good storage, with SD card slot. Good processor. Good, unfussy, GUI. Solid build quality. Compact and light. Good battery life. Overall, outstanding value. It works so well for me.

Not bad, not great
16 September 2023

Coming from a s21 plus 5g, this phone is not a good substitute, but got me by until I could afford a better one. S21 went black screen, couldn't be repaired. Maybe my G73 was just defective. WiFi kept dropping connection to my home network, regardless of resetting network settings on phone, and resetting WiFi router. Camera button is annoying, just not a preference for me, always clicking it by accident. On s21 I could see screen with sunglasses on, but not this phone. If you want a awesome phone, I wouldn't suggest this one. Just my opinion. Played COD mobile really good on low graphics and high frame rate though. Does not work with Cricket wireless. Switched to T-Mobile, luckily it was free to start.

Very good phone for the money I paid
20 December 2022

The reason why I liked moto g32 is IPS screen. I was Google pixel user for the last 5 years or so. Since my eyes are sensitive to the oled display and Google pixel removed 3.5 headphone jack from their phones so I don't see any better options than moto g32. Would prefer smaller size display, let say 6.1 or 6.2 but not a problem. Only thing I didn't like with moto is... that I have to keep Peek display ON to use Tap to wake option, so this is big minus of this phone. Other than that Thanks to Lenovo
