I recently upgraded from the G84 which was a great phone as well and this one is even better. The curved display looks great. I love that all Motorola phones come with a case. I'm 100% happy.

Phone is stylish and attractive. Camera also imoressive. But Phone has a heating problem from the day 1, and battery drain to quickly although it has 5000mah battery. I don't 5000mah battery

This is my third Moto phone, and I only upgraded from my trusty g10 as I wanted 5G and e-sim. The g85 is slim, has a great screen and the processor is noticeably faster than what I was used to. Both to use and to look at, it seems a quality item. I wondered if the slightly round-edged screen would take some getting used to, but in fact it's barely noticeable during use. I did consider some more expensive 'flagship' phones, but it was hard to see what those extra hundreds of pounds would be buying, other than maybe a metal case and a somewhat better camera. The only slight disappointment is battery life, which seems no better than my much cheaper g10. Overall, though, I feel it's excellent value for money, and I made a very good choice.
Everything about this phone is great for the money. Love the display, sound quality, speakerphone, performance, and very sleek looking. You definitely won't regret buying this phone.
Excellent product. Much better quality sound and photos than my old Moto.John Lewis transferred all my data and set the new phone up.Very pleased.
The wide angle camera is not satisfied. Otherwise all good for this price. Cool features. Nice look. Performance.
I was very excited when this phone arrived. The actual phone itself is brilliant, although the battery life is poor for a phone that costs well over a thousand pounds. The problem is that the glass front and back are extremely delicate. The phone is slightly awkward to hold and open, especially with one hand (almost impossible) and because of this I dropped it on the floor from around six inches. I had a small crack which then became multiple cracks and eventually it spread to the front and back of the phone. Yes, I dropped it but it seems poorly designed. At the time of purchase there were no cases available either.
Videos and photos of the RAZR 5G don't do it justice. It's extremely well made, solid and beautiful. The software experience is fast and responsive, the cameras are good (although not the best) and there is no crease on the screen at all. The only downside I've found is battery life; unsurprising considering the size of the phone, but also disappointing considering the price. The haptic vibration motor could also be a little more refined as it's quite loud. Overall though, a great phone that I'm proud to own.
