This watch has gotten some pretty bad reviews. I don't see anything negative with this watch. It was fairly easy to set up with my iPhone SE; the battery lasts and lasts.It doesn't have tons of apps, but my goal is to have a good-looking watch that tells time, provides notifications of calls and texts, and tracks exercise. It does all of those things and I bought the refurb unit for $60. No complaints here. I think it is a steal.

Does what a smartwatch is supposed to do

It tells the time, connects with my phone, and on occasion, it tells me to stretch. My first smartwatch, so it's an affordable entry. Good heft and lightweight feel on the wrist, makes a decent accessory to accent whatever your style is. Only thing I would desire is more watch face selections and an improved control app. Thanks!

Moto Watch for Android

A good watch that is easy to read and use. Connectivity is good and battery life is exceptional. I had it on for 7 full days using all notifications from phone plus every other option on the watch and the battery was at 12% when I placed it on the charger. It needs programming to allow user to select which apps to receive notifications from and the ability to see the music info on the watch, not just the rev/pause/play/fwd buttons. Other than that a great watch.

I found the watch to be to small! The tracking of steps the watch does worked very poorly!*They would work, then they wouldn't! This would happen all the time!! *It was the worst Smartwatch I've ever had!! I ordered it on the 6th of June,2022. Got it at the store two days later! THAT! Was the only thing that impressed me! Best Buy getting me the watch so soon! I definitely wouldn't recommend this Smartwatch! To anyone!! Motorola has to make A LOT of improvements! However! *It is a nice looking watch! The watch faces are terrible!!

Worst Device Experience of My Life

No kidding. This wearable looks fantastic, feels great...and just doesn't work. I've had it one week and CUSTOMER SERVICE only sends cut-and-paste responses (and still won't give me information on returning the device as promised). This device self-detects poorly. Playing basketball for 35 minutes, it defaulted to walking and logged 234 steps. A 45 minute Peloton ride (chose the indoor bike feature), it logged zero heart-rate information, and 300 steps. To make sure, I took my dog out for a short walk (1/2 block out and back...900 steps logged...zero heart rate). The heart rate worked for five days then simply stopped. CUSTOMER SERVICE claims a chat feature...but it doesn't exist. "Chat with us! You can chat with us by clicking on the chat icon at the lower right ... MoreNo kidding. There is not chat button and the "Help" button doesn't do anything but send you to fill out yet another form (I've filled out three). After 48 hours, they send a cut-and-paste apology with another 24-48 hour promise. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS unless you are immensely patient and have no urgency to track your steps, health, heart, and exercise. If you have a Peloton...we're all in the same boat: No good wearable option. Fitbit has been my best experience by my Versa 2 died after five or six years. I desperately want a round face because the corners catch when wearing a square faced device. I have a Pixel 6 (BTW) that's fully updated. The Google Watch is getting awful reviews so $400 and a service agreement sounds awful to me. Obviously, an Apple Watch isn't an option with my phone. I'd welcome input and advice.
