My 'factory fitted screen protector' has completely come away in the middle as it's so tricky to see on the phone, and everytime you close the phone you can hear it peeling more. I have spoken to customer services and I have to send the phone away for 16 WORKING DAYS! With no compensation. I don't really understand how I'm meant to not have a phone for 16 working days!? Appalling. Please buy any other brand of phone as this company WILL NOT HELP YOU. Camera is also awful. Every photo is yellow.

I believe this is the best flip phone you can find on the market currently. This statement is based on the main feature of this phone the ability to fold as the cellphones in the early 2000's. Performance wise I do not think is great compared to flagship phones. I have used in the past few years a samsung s10 and that phone is excellent never lagged. The Razr lags occasionally in the first few weeks I have tried it. However it compensates with lots of cool features such as the use of the small 4 inch display with almost any app and tailored camera features with the external display.

Really good phone, give it a whirl! Easy to use as any other touchscreen is. Exciting to go back to an OG of the naughties era. Feels like any other top range phone too, but great value for money.No technical issues so far. Great battery life and very reactive to your needs. Setup is simple with no difficulties. Has a great range of cheap and sturdy cases too. If you're thinking of getting a flip phone, look to Motorola first before making a decision. Almost half the price of a Samsung model.Has a cheeky hidden option of turning the interface into that of the old Motorola Razor too; not a consistent feature I use, but damn is it fun and nostalgic!
I am a Samsung devotee but they've got so expensive and don't seem to have any real updates. I wanted a flip phone but wasn't aware of any others on the market until I saw this one and it had a whopping 512GB of memory and that cinched it.I can play games on the small flip screen, play music and respond to messages and emails.Only downside is the colour, choices were green, black or peach but I'd have preferred the hot pink (I think this is exclusive to a phone network).Other than that, no massive changes as it's still an android phone.Oh and the battery charge is set at 80%, you can change this but apparently it's better for your phone to not keep charging it to 100%.I'm loving it so far.
My first flip phone I'm about 20years and it is awesome. Really light weight and compact. Pretty good performance but I think occasionally moving apps from front screen to inner one the software struggles.Cameras and associated software are pretty good too.Finally the inner screen plus the Dolby Atmos makes watching films very immersive, it's the highest quality sound I've ever heard from a small device.Only niggle is phone seems to occasionally heat up, particularly around when 30% battery is remaining - hopefully this is something in the software that will get ironed out with an update.
