About 150 miles before the oil change I had put IMS pegs on the bike, was considering going back to the stock rubber-topped pegs because of vibrations that got a little irritating on a 80 minute ride. This is Motul's full synthetic oil and is red in colour. After changing from conventional oil, I noticed the transmission was shifting smoother. Because it's motorcycle specific JASO MA2 oil, there is no clutch slippage (not that I had an issue with the old oil but be careful not to use cheaper car oil as the additives will damage your clutch as a friend did). I now run this oil in all my bikes.
