I had a different pair of MW sandals that haven't lasted 2 summers - the velcro separated on one, a long time ago resulting in the strap being rather useless. I was pleasantly surprised to note the build quality on this newer item appears superior and, hopefully more robust with regular light usage. Hopefully they are made in Britain supporting UK jobs.
