Have previously exclusively used Mous cases but when I got a pair of iPhone 16 Pros as Christmas gifts I ordered these. Now almost 3 weeks and counting later they have
missed Christmas and I’ve purchased from another brand who were able to easily deliver to a major Canadian city in 3 days not weeks. Mous customer service has been

Great design, size and weight but it could be better with button for camera control

I love the design, the size when gripping and light weight but it can really improve the feel on hand should it come without the notch for the camera control.

Feels amazing, don't know what else to say. Absolutely zero fingerprints, feels amazing to hold, works perfect with my screen protector and the minimalist design is perfect. Mous is a little more than other brands but it's absolutely worth it. I appreciate the camera button isn't covered since the haptic feedback of it would be ruined otherwise.

I’ve been using the case for over a week now and I feel very comfortable with the protection and durability of the case. I’ve had no issues with accessing the buttons or the charging port. The screen protector seamlessly compliments the device.

I’ve loved this case for 3-4 generations of iPhone pro max. The cut out for the new camera button puts the glass/tempered glass screen protector at greater risk of cracking. Already cracked 2 tempered glass protectors with this case at that spot. Thankfully it wasn’t the glass of the phone. Please come out with a new version without the cutout being so drastic. I miss using the case so much but the fear of it not protecting my glass screen has left me with no other choice but to use a different brand.

I’ve had a mous case for maybe 5 or 6 years now. I switched from otterbox. Most reliable case I’ve ever had and I put my phone through a lot of grief, very clumsy.

I have the shield close for 2 weeks and I have already replaced the glass protector 5 times because it broke from the part of the protector that has no protection because of the button on the side of the camera

Don't misunderstand me the case is superb in every aspect, I just have a dead wish, maybe the case can be a bit more protective of the screen, seems to me is a tad bit too close to the edge [meaning not RAISED enough], I am afraid the screen could suffer small damage if dropped but will stand corrected if that not happen, I wish i never drop the damn iPuke in the first place

So far, very happy with the Mous case. Seems to be very well built, fits the phone perfectly and seems pretty tough but not too bulky at the same time.
