Dosage Mix the contents of 1 sachet in 125ml (about half a glassful) of water. Stir well until dissolved (the water will become clear again), then drink it. Take your time drinking it, if necessary. Start with 1 sachet daily for 1 or 2 days. Can be increased to 2 or 3 sachets per day if necessary for normal bowel movement or as directed by the doctor. Doesn’t taste like a horrible medication but for a change works just as well as the ones that due. All the benefits without the bad bits. Due to a history of accidents and health issues with the required medication before Movicol my life was nothing but cramps and pain. Like I said it tastes good too, highly recommended.

I've used Movicol before and am very happy with how it works. This was my first time trying the chocolate flavour, though, and I wasn't expecting much, maybe just something I could choke down. But it TASTES AMAZING! I'm a big chocolate lover, and this stuff smells and tastes like delicious chocolate milk! It's almost enough to make you wish you needed to take it more often! ;)

Works as it should for slow bowel movement issues, not the best tasting, but its fine better than the plain one haha. Gentle and no problems with long term use. Not like Coloxyl and the like which are great for short term problems.
