Mr Clean Erase and Renew Magic Eraser Original 2 Count

I like this product Magic eraser never fails me. I swear they actually put pixie dust in these things with how well they remove scuffs, grime, whatever yucky stuff you’re getting off surfaces. Fir example I have a vinyl sided home and have tried everything to clean artiliary fungus off of a 12' section with no avail. Powerwashing companies say they would not be able to remove it. I tried magic eraser and dawn dish soap with a little muscle and magic !

Fantastic Product !

Love this product !! As odd as this is I was sitting on my patio looking at my gutters and how awful they looked. Pondering having to replace them at some crazy cost, So, I wondered how your Magic Eraser product would work on the discolored gutters. So I grabbed a Magic Eraser and gave part of the gutter a good scrub. BAM !!!!!!!! They looked like NEW !!!!!!!! Back to the original look!!! So THANK YOU for saving me thousands of dollars. I like the product, but wish it lasted longer like it used to

I have used these since 2008. I continue to purchase them because they make cleaning possible without anything but water. However, I believe they fall apart more easily in the last five years. I used to be able to clean a whole bathroom a few weeks in a row without replacement. Now, I find they fall apart as I am using them. I tried off brand ones but haven’t noticed any difference. I keep buying the because I have chemical sensitivity and they require nothing sprayed in the air. Also, with a little water, you barely scrub and it is clean. It takes less time, which is really nice. My top uses are laminate counter, cultured granite sinks, scuff marks on floors and painted walls, plastic parts of athletic shoes, and appliances. I always clean up after using them as well because I don’t know what the worn up particles leave behind.

It saved our sentimental items

We had a house fire. There were many sentimental items we really wanted to keep but The soot is impossible to clean off. We tried pine sol, simple green, Murphy oil soap and there was still soot left. Tge. I decided to try an eraser on the furniture…. It can unbelievably clean without hurting anything. I really feel you need to market this so people can save there sentimental items after a fire.

Magic erasers are a necessity when you are the handler of small children. These little white tiles of magic can clean like no other. Toddler draws on the wall? Magic eraser to the rescue. Month old juice-splatter caked on the cabinet? It’s no match for magic erasers. Do yourself a favor and buy multiple packs of these. Your house and sanity will thank you.

No Instructions nor Where It Should Not be Used

This product cleans miraculously! I have been using it for years on my stainless steel sink and stovetop! So why did I give it a poor rating? Because there are neither instructions nor where it should not be used on the product box or its website. It is a mild abrasive that should not be used on porous surfaces such as wood, marble or granite. My cleaning lady of 2 years decided to use it on the bathroom marble walls and shower toe shelf to make them "extra clean." It took the finish off of both! Now they are dull and gritty — ruined. Had there been appropriate info on the box, perhaps this would not have happened. BUYER BEWARE!

These are falling apart after two minutes…

What has happened to these the past year or so? Within two minutes, there are bits coming off. Sometimes it is an almost immediate break of a piece off a corner. I am taking about simple surfaces, like a countertop, not something rough that could tear it. I’m not buying anymore. I’ll try some other brands. Have you changed manufacturers? Or like so many things these days, started using cheaper components and just hope consumers don’t notice. We do!

Unbelievably effective!

It appears to be an ordinary cleaning tool, so I wasn't expecting it to clean things completely. I have many pairs of shoes, including "costume" shoes that aren't expensive, but they match an outfit I often have scuffs on them. My first time using the Magic Eraser was on a pair of faux patent leather (plastic?) shoes. It took every mark and spot off the shoes, so they appeared brand new. I regularly use them on the walls where grubby hands seem to touch, particularly near light switch plates.I do find them to crumble easily, but I guess that I need to be less "enthusiastic!" A+

Works like wet cardboard

If there was a 0 rating I would choose it. I followed the directions on package and wipe the "scrubbing bar" on my white tennis shoes. The "eraser" disintegrated with only slight pressure. I thought it akin to cheap styrofoam. I read the ingredients, and it is 100% cardboard. I believe that for sure. What an expensive gimmick. Whomever came up with this idea as a functioning tool sure made a fool out of P&G.

What a wonderful product! I LOVE THESE! While they tend to disintegrate fairly quickly, they do a GREAT job in cleaning deeply soiled surfaces! I use these on tennis shoes, luggage, kitchen pans and utensils, BBQ & tools just to name a few items. I keep a box in my garage and wherever I store cleaning products. These are used in virtually every area in the house and garage, not to mention patio furniture and outdoor equipment. When wet the sponge falls apart while rubbing so I don't get a lot of additional uses with each pad. Having said that I am overly pleased with how well these sponges clean difficult surfaces. These are a staple in our home!
