Because my hair is lightened it tends to knot when I wash it the shampoo slightly does this but not anywhere like others.Once you put the conditioner into your hair & let it go it’s thing your hair is much softer.I noticed after the 1st use a difference in my hair. 2nd time works even betterHighly recommend.
