I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Both teens have used this when they get an occasional flare up. It really does work. When kids start to break out, we encourage them to make sure they are: getting enough rest; drinking distilled water for a few days; changing pillowcases to fresh ones; exercising showering immediately afterwards; eating clean (no sugar or junk food) and they use this product. Remember to use an extraction tool after a hot steaming shower so pores are open, then splash with cold water when done removing blemishes put this product on clean, dry skin. Usually by the next day redness swelling are minimal.

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! I just have to take a moment to give a shout-out to the team over Beauty Affairs and this awesome little (perhaps not so little :)) company. EVERY time I place an order, it's always perfect. Great deals and prices, great communication, super-fast delivery, great range of GENUINE products. I can't even tell you what their customer service is like because I've never had need of it before! This tube is small and easy to carry. The brand Murad is a very good brand, very reputable. I’ve never used a bad product from them and firmly don’t believe that they make a bad one. The spot treatment is exactly that…. A spot treatment that has 2% salicylic acid (which is what prevents and gets rid of acne and clears out pores). This is a clear gel like treatment so you can put it on top of a spot coming up or a current problematic spot when doing your skincare, before bed, under your makeup, just by itself lounging at the house on the weekend etc. it’s clear and won’t be like having some big blue spot or an actual pimple patch on your face. I know they make some cute ones now like smiley faces or hearts, stars and so forth but you can’t wear that into the office ... MoreThis tube is small and easy to carry. This is a go to for me when I have hormonal acne around my chin at my lady time of the month (tmi probably but 🙃). I definitely recommend everyone try this! 12/10 recommend.
