Murad - Hydrating Toner

This is my first time using a spray toner. I got it because I have the exfoliator from the hydration line as well thought they'd go good together. I bought it in boxycharm add-ons a few months ago just before I ran out of my glow recipe watermelon toner. I really like the toner but I'm not sure if I use too much, if that's possible. I spray it on right after cleansing my face, while my face is still damp then proceed with my serums moisturizer. I will definitely use it again recommend to others!

My favorite every day toner. Unlike many, which contain alcohol, this alcohol-free toner attracts moisture helps prep the skin for the rest of your routine. It’s also perfect for a mid-day refresh and feels great on your skin. It smells like a light cucumber white tea combo, not at all overwhelming with a perfect hint of floral. I have been buying this for years and have seen all the different types of packaging; this is the same as the see-through bottle with the green label, as some of us long purchasers may remember! This one is also a staple product in professional Murad facials is actually where I was first introduced. Been buying since 2015– that’s 7 years now, as of writing! I’ll always have some on hand you should too.

I genuinely love this toner. It hydrates my skin and doesn’t have the unpleasant drying sensation, as it is alcohol free. The smell is pleasant and is not overwhelming. I love the applicator, it’s very hygienic and easy to use. Definitely recommend this product.

I got this version when they changed it from the green label. I use this toner when I am battling eczema because it is hydrating. I love the scent. No alcohol is a plus. I even have the newer version that has mostly a clear bottle with the maroon label instead of green. I do feel it's slightly different regarding the scent. The other was better as it was more of a cucumber apple scent while the new one has a smidge barely-there rose scent.

Not only does this actually help clean my face but it hydrates it instead of drying it like most toners do. Again I love the design of this, makes it easy to use and actually want to use. Most toners have a hole and you dab on a cotton round or ball or whatever. Making it a pain and more likely to skip in your routine. Not this design, I'm keeping the bottle after I use it to pour my others in it.

Bad Skin Reaction

I really wanted to like this toner because it removes the use of a cotton pad to apply the toner with the spray bottle which I was looking for to make my skin care routine more eco friendly. I used one bottle of the toner and my skin did have a small reaction towards the end of use and I thought it was because of a new item I was using. I ordered a second bottle and my skin would feel a burn when I used it with benzoyl peroxide. I stopped using them in conjunction but the reaction is now escalating. Great moisturizing toner

This toner is basic but great. It does what it needs to do and gets the job done. It’s very hydrating and love the pump spray. It’s great for dry sensitive skin. I have a lot of toners and this is one of my go to when I’m trying to get out of the house quickly or when my skin is being sent I’ve

LOVE this toner!!

I live in Arizona. I use this toner a minimum of twice a day, morning & night. I also give my face a quick spray or 2 or 3 to refresh during the day. I think everyone would benefit from this. In colder climates, when you're in dry, heated air all day this toner gives you a boost of moisture just like being in the air conditioning here is AZ! It's a big help! Even those gals who are outside in extreme heat or cold would benefit from a little more moisture.

Sooo Misleading!!!

I got this product in a BoxyCharm and decided to try it out after my previous hydrating toner ran out, thinking that this wouldn’t irritate my skin because this was labeled a “hydrating toner.” Within a week I began getting very painful cystic breakouts that I normally only get due to stress, which is what I chalked it up to at the time. However, as the second week went by I noticed that my normally oily face was consistently dry and would even burn when putting on my phyto or hyaluronic serum after the toner, which has only happened when there has been trauma to my skin (like a chemical peel). The only way you are aware of this is if you actually read the ingredient list and see it there at the top. I naively used this without checking what was in it but it also seems like this product was marketed as something it’s not. As soon as I stopped using this my skin began to recover and go back to normal.

What a waste of $35!

I do not remember the last time a product made me break out every time I applied it, and my skin does not break out easily.First attempt: I dabbed it on my face with cotton pads. A few hours later: pimples start popping up. I blamed it on the cotton pads and decided to try it again, one week later.Second attempt: I spray it on my face directly. I break out, AGAIN.Third attempt: Three weeks later, my skin is glowing and there is not a single pimple on my face. I decided to give this another chance and spray it on my face.
