I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

As I get older, I find that my skin gets drier. I feel like every other cleanser I’ve tried has stripped my skin, even if it says it won’t. So, naturally I was skeptical about this cleanser but it is amazing!!! It feels like washing my face with a cloud; it feels smooth, soft, velvety and hydrating. It does a good job of removing makeup and sunscreen without drying out my skin. When I wear heavy makeup, I use a makeup remover and this cleanser after. The cleansing cream helps clean up that stubborn mascara or lash glue without burning. I highly recommend this!

Great for sensitive skin

This cleanser is exactly what it says. It has a pearly color and does very well for my age 45 skin. I have sensitive skin and it works well for that also. I have used it for about 5 years, and it is a great everyday cleanser. This cleanser does not lather up, it goes on smooth and leaves your skin feeling quenched after you wash it off. I would disagree with the exfoliation description, I in no way feel exfoliation with this product at all. A tube lasts a very long time, and you don't need very much to cleanse your whole face. This cleanser is very balancing for my skin, I don't feel greasy or oily ever.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I was recommended this by a Sephora employee with gorgeous skin; this is the most wonderful cleanser I've ever used in MY LIFE! I could feel and see a difference within two days of using it, which sounds a little much, but it's true; my skin is so soft and feels so clean!

Spoiled - gone bad

I bought this travel size for a trip. When I opened it the consistency was loose watery and lumpy, and smelled bad. I tried it anyway, and it burned my skin. It seems to have gone bad, or it was altered with something else. I have used Murad Renewing Cleansing Cream for years, and love it. I have a large container of it at home. The pictures below shows the difference in texture.
