The Musashi bars are a great source of protein and are a suitable meal replacement for people with busy schedules. As a department manager, often with multiple meetings during a typical work day, it’s great to be able to grab a quick bite to eat without having to prepare anything.Tasty and nutritious.

I Love Musashi’s mint flavoured Shred @ Burn. Only being 5ft1” I have too watch my weight or I look like a tubby. Over the last 4 years, now being in my 50’s, my weight kept creeping up. Having weight 50kg 90% of my life I struggled with this extra weight.I love my food and have a sweet tooth, so to maintain my weight I have to keep active.When I got a sugar craving I replaced cakes, biscuits and chocolate bars with a mint flavoured Shred and Burn. I managed to loose 7kg over 10 months and am back to my 50kg feeling a 100% healthier.

( :- Cookies and cream have gluten! (so dont buy mixed box if your coliac ( potentially should mention that on website!)

These bars are great. I prefer these over any protein or shred bar. The flavour and texture are awesome, never gritty and I am ALWAYS satisfied after. Hits the sweet tooth spot too. Highly recommend.
Love their flavour of the dark chocolate mint bars, the coconut flavour in the cookies and cream bars not so appealing. They have helped me with weight loss. Some friends are also using them as part of their weight loss regime and have been very impressed, dark chocolate mint for them too.
Love these bars. A great option for a protein boost that also serves as a delicious treat. Sweet enough but not too sweet. Another great Musashi product.
ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PROTEIN BARS! Musashi is soooooo underrated i can't believe it! These bars are fantastic! GREAT macros and awesome taste! Not too sweet or 'protein' tasting! I literally eat these every day and will continue to buy whenever I run out! Keen to try the cookies and cream flavour to see if its a 10/10 just like the peanut butter caramel and the hazelnut espresso flavours! Would highly recommend these protein bars!
I love it, because I like the mint taste, and chewy texture. I always have a box handy as it is cheaper than buying from supermarket and when I crave something sweet that is also filling and gives me energy I grab a bar. It’s like my chocolate sin but not.And even better, my teenage boys don’t like mint so they don’t pinch them LOL, all the more for me.
I can’t eat eggs and need protein so I gave these a try, I bought the mint bars , very yum and filling . I have Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and I love the boost of energy I get from them. Will always have these in my pantry !
These are very tasty and I like the fact that they are quite chewy so take time to eat. I nibble away at one for morning or afternoon tea at work and on days when I am out I keep one in my handbag in case of emergency, which has saved me from making poor food choices when having a busy day. Definitely recommend. Am looking forward to trying other flavours.
