I added strawberries to this which tasted like choc strawberries (the health food/protein version) You can adjust the texture depending on your preferences. It curbs your cravings/hunger which is great for weight loss. It also has vitamins & minerals added to boost the health benefits! Looking forward to trying other flavours!

I've been using the Muscle Nation custards for a few years now. I can't tolerate drinking protein after gastric sleeve - it's not easy to drink a lot of liquids in one go, BUT the custards are amazing!!! The flavours are perfect. During winter I mix some warm milk into them and the warmer months chilled water. Perfect consistency and easy to eat. 100% recommend.

So I already have the cookies and cream tub of this as I fell in love with it so much, so I ventured out to buy some more. This time I got rocky road and choc mint. These are my holy grails in supplements as it is so versatile for any time of day or night or any temperature to eat it too! I have these nearly every single day, the flavour is amazing, the texture is so good, you only need a tiny bit water to use it with, low in calories but GREAT IN PROTEIN! I know that every time I have this as a healthy snack, I know that I am having what is best for my body, and that I am hitting my protein goals every single day. I think everyone needs to try a tub of these, and the twin pack is always the way to go as you save more money too!

When I say this custard is amazing, I mean that it is AMAZING 🤤 I was worried it would be too sweet like many birthday cake products but it’s so perfectly balanced. Very easy to mix, tastes lovely just with water, texture is perfect. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely one of my favourite flavours!

Banana is lovely

Awesome stuffI have tried white chocolate, double chocolate, vanilla and choc mint. I didn't like choc mint.What surprised me though was that the quality of the nutrition varies depending on the flavour. For example, white chocolate did not have as much protein or BCAAs as banana.Site needs to list the variables as I was very disappointed in white chocolate and don't really want it now I have seen the differenceNice and thick, kind of fluffy texture. Very easy on stomach.

Birthday cake dream....

Super tasty custard. Real birthday cake flavour. Creamy and mixes really well. No lumps. Also good as a protein shake. Just add more water or milk. Recommended flavour

I enjoy mixing a scoop of this into my high protein yoghurt with breakfast to add a delicious flavour! I only give it four stars simply because on its own it is extremely sweet, and because I tend to consume it in the mornings it’s a bit too much first up! Taste much better cold then room temperature as well. The sprinkles are a fun addition!

Good consistency, the sprinkles add a nice complexity to the product. The flavour is fairly average, quite artificial vanilla that is neither pleasant nor unpleasant. A reasonable product, but it certainly isn't my favourite.

Musclenation protein custard

Just received my white choc flavor Wow! The flavor is so good, not too sweet mixes easily in a bowl no lumps. I added a little MCT oil for that extra full feeling.Ordering again this stuff is a lifesaver for me trying to loss weight with a super sweet tooth. Delivery fast and on time as usual the best service from these guys.

Packaging is attractive but....

I liked the look of this product and read through many reviews. I was convinced that the Golden ice cream flavour was amazing as per many reviews and I don't know if I'm just hella fussy or have higher standards 😂 but I couldn't handle the taste of this, I tried the custard version and had to throw most of it away, it was quite sickening. Tried it in a shake too and still couldn't drink it 🙃🥴
