I do not like protein shakes! I don’t like the creamy, milky, weird aftertaste. It always seems sticky and just gross.This is the perfect alternative! While still a little sticky on the lips, the Raspberry tastes just like a red frog and is wonderfully refreshing. I put mine in water and use a frother to blend it (can be hard to just shake as it doesn’t dissolve easily), then add ice and I love it!I drink at least 1-2 every day to make sure I hit my macros.If you’re on the fence, give it a go!

I have had the Raspberry Protein Water mix many times and it is exceptional. Saw this new flavour on the Muscle Nation website and was very excited to try. Unfortunately, it is not the same consistency and clumps up when water is added. Lumps of the powder stay together even after shaking of the bottle throughout my workout. Very unpleasant to swallow a chunk of powder. When removing the lid and removing the shaker ball I found the powder had clumped around the ball and lots of it had stuck to the roof of my bottle lid. Used it twice and have not wanted to try again. Have just gone back to the Raspberry powder, which I highly recommend.

Such a great way to get additional form protein in without having to consume via food or a normal protein shake. The Tropical Crush flavour is super refreshing and gives me childhood flashbacks of fruit cup cordial. Definitely recommend having on ice cold water as the taste and texture are better. The packaging is amazing as usual! I will certainly be getting more!

I really like how refreshing these protein waters are. However I found this flavour a little more sweeter than others, I just add more water and it does the trick. Or the mango passion fruit is also a favourite, not as sweet as the tropical. If your tossing up whether to get them, definitely give them a try. A nice healthy treat to tickle your sweet tooth.
Delicious protein water. The perfect way to not only consume protein but water intake. I add this to my 2L drink bottle and I get through it so much easier because of how tasty the flavour is! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a supplement to reach their protein goal and water intake. It doesn’t make me feel bloated like other proteins but makes me a lot fuller for longer!
Doesn't dissolve easily in water as your marketing suggests. It foams up like literally any other protein powder. Calling it protein water is misleading, as though you can just add it to your water and it remains waterlike. Also the flavour has the nasty fake sweetener to it. Honestly I can't see myself finishing the first packet let alone opening the second one.
Amazing! The taste is a tad strong for my preference but I dilute it with more water and ice than recommended and it all works out! The power/texture mixes well with no clumping - just make sure that you’re not shaking with ice. My biggest quip would be the packaging- not a fan of these packet style packaging as it gets everywhere whenever you open and close the zip-lock. Almost perfect with some quips!
This has been a absolute life saver. The taste is divine and keeps you hydrated all day long. I tend to have one in the morning and one in the afternoon plus just general water in between but this is so tasty I have to fight my son for it. We are thoroughly enjoying the protein water. I'm doing keto as well so the low sugar an low carbs is perfect for me to fit into everyday routine. Highly recommend this flavour apple and blackcurrant. I tend to add more water to it as I like it less sweet and its more water intake for me too. I like to have around the 750-800ml water per scoop even with the other flavours as well.Get into it you'll love it.If your struggling to get your water intake each day I recommend using this protein water as you'll guarantee love the flavour.
I just received it and my packet was open and everything in my box had powder all over! Sooo it was sticky! I still drank it tho, cause I couldn’t be bothered sending it back! Definitely won’t buy again! Don’t like the packaging! The flavour is overly sweet for its ratio 1scoop per 300-450ml water! But I don’t mind it, just need more water! Overall it’s okay!
Seriously amazing stuff!Im not a fan of "normal" protein powders so when my PT recommended Muscle Nation Protein Water I was hooked. Tastes just like red cordial and helps me reach my daily water intake which has always been a struggle. I recommend this product to anyone that will listen and begrudgingly share my ones for them to try. Cannot wait to try the newer flavours!
