I have been this product for months and have to say I have seen and felt the benefits of all of the Muscletech supplements I use for training and workouts. The capsules are an easy size to swallow and made with high quality ingredients. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules twice a day. There is no discernible taste which is nice. As a man in my mid-late 40’s I was looking for a natural testosterone booster supplement to help me with energy for training and working out. Excellent product. Highly recommend it.

Bought these for my hubby. He swears by this brands caffeine and men's multivitamin, so when I saw these I asked him if he wanted to give them a try. He loves them! Always Good quality package bottle from this brand. Ingredients listed is also seem to be good as they label their product as alpha. So far the benefit experience is slight increase in energy. The size of the capsule is good. The product doesn’t smell and colorless.other comments is it seem to help with prostate health. Recommended dosage is also good. So far benefits is minimally felt. The product doesn’t have strong taste. Which is good for me.

I used this medicine with "Life Extension, Super Miraforte with Standardized Lignans". After three to four days of using both medicines, I got feeling little pain on my right side kidney. I am not sure why this happens to me. I stop using both medicines and I am almost recovered. I will start using this medicine again, but I will not mix other medicine with this as I am not sure, why I feel kidney pain. So I will avoid mixing medicines.

not sure about the operating mechanism, but I baught this as a muscle support supplememt after quitting other medicines I had been using.last time I had quit I was having some troubles, but with this I feel like everything is fine.I don't always eat in the morning so trying to avoid this on an empty stomach (it's gross, don't take it without food), so taking 1 in the morning and 2 at night.Boron apparently is essential for many things and that's the main ingredient there if I got it right
