For years I avoided using Creatine because, as a wrestler and boxer, the prospect of retaining water was the antithesis of what I wanted to do. However, I have recently been working to put on muscle mass and decided to give Creatine a go in the form of MT Cell Tech. So far I have been very impressed. MT has three dosing options. I chose the "best" option, which is a heavy serving with a loading period of a week. Immediately upon starting the supplement I noticed the expected 3-4 lb weight gain due to water retention. I also noticed added energy and stamina during workouts. Taking the Cell Tech seems to have lowered my recovery time/soreness between workouts as well. As for the actual consumption, I have to say, Cell Tech fruit punch tastes just like Kool-Aid. Dissolves well and could not be easier to drink. But be careful, the scoop is not the recommended serving size. There is a line in the cup that indicates the desired size; filling to level is closer to two servings. This seems like an odd flaw, but once you realize it, it's not hard to compensate for. Overall, I am happy with Cell Tech and believe it has led to mass gains in the short (3 week) time I have been taking it.

This was my first supplement when I started lifting 20 years ago. I've been around the block with just about every product out there. As fat as creatine goes, this stuff just works. I stayed away from it due to the high carb/sugar content over the years, but for bulking and strength, this stuff is very effective. I'm on week 3 again, and already pushing weight the same way I was doing in my 20s. Buy, use it, don't look back.

Excellent!

Like it. Good quality. Values of the ingredients are perfect + adding creatine was very good idea. It taste soo yumm. One of the best fitness supplements it will benefits ur endurance in workouts due to the creatine in it. Not for dieting due to the carb in it. Packaging looks authentic. & the size of the scope just like any protein powder serving size.

Great Product

Cell-tech is one of the few products in the fitness (more particularly, bodybuilding) industry that actually does what it claims to do and is manifested after just a few days in the form of more reps, more weight, and better workouts. I personally started by taking two scoops post-workout on day one and continue to follow the same regimen to this day (approximately one month at this point). After several days, I noticed I was achieving more reps with weight I had previously using and in most cases, bumping the weight up slightly on most exercises. More reps and more weight means more overload, which should result in more growth. This, of course, if you're doing your part on the nutrition side. I did experience some GI upset on the first two days, however this ... MoreCell-tech is one of the few products in the fitness (more particularly, bodybuilding) industry that actually does what it claims to do and is manifested after just a few days in the form of more reps, more weight, and better workouts. I did experience some GI upset on the first two days, however this subsided on day three. I did not experience any of the "bloating" or "puffiness" that many people speculate that creatine causes. In summation, this is a great product that I would recommend to anyone trying to gain strength and lean muscle mass.

Great stuff, excellent recovery, but needs help to dissolve.
22 March 2021

First of all, let me say this works like magic!! Almost no delayed onset soreness at all when I used this, I'm ready to hit the same muscle group the next day!! I don't, but I could! Love this aspect!! Second, the flavor is decent, not the best, but far from the worst. Finally, the not so great, this is a LOT of powder for 6 ounces of water! I use a little more, and it does NOT dissolve well at all!! Using a shaker makes it work a lot better and break down, but that is pretty annoying. If you use a cup, I suggest a little more water and then beat the heck out of it with that spoon!!! The dregs are clumps, so be ready for that. Overall, I bought 2 containers and plan to buy more. The benefits FAR outweigh the lack of dissolvability.

If you don't want the extra carbs or simply already have kool-aid or grape juice at home, just save your money and use that instead. There are no magical ingredients, contrary to what I expected. Typically online pure mono for a years supply is around $42, and that's for top shelf creatine mono. Otherwise you can give Creatine HCL or keep alkalyn a try, each with opposite PH levels to help absorption.

I haven't used Cell-Tech since

I haven't used Cell-Tech since playing baseball in college and forgot how good this product really is. The orange flavor tastes great and mixes well right in a blender bottle. If you’ve been taking straight creatine monohydrate, it’s really just the tip of the iceberg. Cell-Tech is a creatine formula that harnesses the anabolic power of insulin, and has the ability to pack on mass, size and strength like no other creatine formula. Ultimately, insulin works by triggering the movement of nutrients from the blood to the cells – fortifying your muscles with the ingredients they need to grow while at the same time normalizing your blood glucose levels. Ultimately, insulin works by triggering the movement of nutrients from the blood to the cells – fortifying your muscles with the ingredients they need to grow while at the same time normalizing your blood glucose levels. Yes, training can actually increase the ability of your muscles to take in more nutrients because training increases the number of available receptors on the muscle membrane. The more available receptors there are, the more glucose, amino acids and creatine can be absorbed from the blood. This, in essence, creates the perfect anabolic storm – an optimal environment where insulin-sensitive muscle cells are able to quickly utilize anabolic nutrients like creatine, amino acids and glucose – priming them for incredible strength and massive muscular growth, which is where Cell-Tech comes in and makes all the difference. Like I said at the beginning of my review, I haven't used this product for some time, but I'm glad I re-incorporated it into my post workout routine.

I felt ok I went to bed later n to my surprise I slept through the night n that was exciting. I could feel my muscles getting harder and strong. Everytime I go to gym it feels different I'm enjoying it n I can see the results I am not planning on changing to anything else anytime soon. MUSCLE TECH is a real l deal just give it a go n make your own decision.

Okay, I like to keep my reviews short and detailed so that's how it's gonna go down. Product is reviewed after 21 Days of usage. Cost: 3lb for around $24-30 depending on sales , 28 servings so pretty reasonable. There's also a 6lb tub for $34-44 depending on sales , 56 servings. Taste : I had the fruit punch flavor. Very good , tastes like a less sugary version of Kool-Aide. Fruit punch flavor was spot on. Mixability : Mixed very easily with either room temp or cold water. Only a little bit of residual left in the bottom of shaker/cup. Effectiveness : It's creatine, you pretty much know what to expect. But this specific one has a few extra goodies in there with the inclusion of amino's, ALA and taurine and beta-A. I definitely experienced muscle fullness with this, gained around 3ish 4ish lbs in the short time I was taking it. My lifts also went up quite a bit , around 10-15 lbs which is pretty surprising considering! Bottom line : I really enjoyed this product , with creatine supplements you an usually go through an entire bottle without really being sure if they're actually working. But with this one I for sure saw results. Price was good , taste was good. I'll definitely buy again and I'd recommend this to friends.
