I’ve been using this product for 4-5 weeks now. Many of my workouts include HIIT and strength training. Because I enjoy tracking reps/set, I was clearly able to up the number of reps (and weight!) by week 2. Additionally, the muscle recovery has been great the next day. Previously, I’d have to take the next day off but with Clear Muscle I am always ready to go. Push ups, sit ups, chin ups, squats have all increased in reps. The product also includes very clean and clear ingredients which is so important since other products have random / synthetic ingredients. I take it about 30 min before my workout and can feel the results right away!

Have been looking for something to aid in muscle growth while also helping with recovery. This seems to do the trick! I do intermittent fasting and so normally workout fasted...taking this supplement on an empty stomach does give me about a 10 minute stomach ache, though I do not have any adverse symptoms taking it later in the day when I am fed. I find on days I take all 3 doses (recommended), my recovery is much faster than before. The DOMS that I normally experience is reduced dramatically. I only take on lifting days in order to make these last longer. The only other negative to these (aside from stomach pains on a fasted gut) is that taste is really sour/bitter - you have to gulp it down quickly to avoid the taste as much as possible. Other than that, very happy.

This product was in high hopes for me. Im not sure how to feel. For starters the pills are about one inch large and have a slight vinegary taste when placed on the tongue. Next after taking I noticed some pain withing the groin area. It lasted a few days. Not taking this for about a 2 weeks I had no pain. I recently tried again and sure enough within 4 hours I noticed a really powerful pressure /dull pain in the same area. I don't know about this product and keep in mind im not taking anything else but this, so the pain is coming from it. As for energy it may be a slight difference but not much . I would not purchase due to almost having to visit the E.R.

MuscleTech's Clear Muscle is designed to help with recovery and increase your muscle mass. In the short time I've been taking it, I have noticed my muscles not being as sore and tired after working out. This has led to me being able to work out harder and lift heavier weight. Which in turn leads to increase muscle mass. You do have to take 3 pills a day so it does get a little pricey to maintain that consumption. The pills themselves are a large soft sided pill. They have a weird taste but they go down easy so you don't taste it more long. I'm excited to see what kind of results I get with continued use of this product.

Clear Muscle capsules are reasonably sized, but NextGen's softgels are even larger and thicker. However, it is easy to drink for its large size.
