While this didn't necessarily happen to me, my resting heart rate on the day I had a full serving size of these vitamins was 20 BPM higher than normal.While these vitamins are probably great for bodybuilders and extreme athletes (listed on the bottle as part of their target audience), for people like me who are everyday active (i.e. exercise regularly but are not necessarily intense athletes), I think these are too intense. I haven't been following the serving size guidelines of three vitamins a day and have only been taking two instead because I'm especially worried about that vitamin A warning. That does mean I'm missing out on some of the additional minerals in these multi-vitamins that are contained in smaller amounts, like calcium and magnesium (even in a full serving size, coming in at less than the daily recommended value), which is unfortunate.Overall, I think these multi-vitamins would be great for males who are intense exercisers. But I would recommend to any other women who are taking these or thinking about taking these to be careful and take less than the recommended serving size.

Platinum Multivitamin is the real deal! Been taking these for about a week now and can feel the difference in a healthy positive way. Suggested serving size is 3 of the tablets. I started off with 1 on the first day to see how my body would feel and react to introducing a new vitamin. Happy to report I've experienced NO negative symptoms or side effects with this product. The tablets are smaller then I expected, which is great because they are easy to swallow with water, juice, or milk. "Platinum" is a good name for this product because it's absolutely LOADED with tons of different healthy vitamins. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a new multivitamin. These vitamins hit all the right notes for me. First and foremost, I felt more energetic after taking them each morning. The first morning that I took the vitamins, I almost immediately took the dog out for a few miles in the neighborhood. By the time I was finished, I realized how much more energy I felt like I had during and after the exercise. Loved the feeling. Second, the vitamins themselves are well-coated, so that I could swallow them pretty easily and not get a lot of the vitamin taste in my mouth before they were down the hatch. I also appreciated the packaging - not having to deal with a child-proof cap with weird pressure points and rotational puzzles is always welcome for me. I'm glad I happened across these and would recommend.

I was sold by reading the list of ingredients. It was on sale at the time and I didn't realize that they had the "brilliant idea" or better said the poor judgement of adding cheapest, nastiest and most poisonous synthetic Vitamin B12 in the market. Such ingredient releases cyanide in our guts and believe it or not that synthetic B12 is often produced using sewage. I became aware of it after using a quarter of the container and as a result I can comment on quality and potency. In my experience they leave a lot to be desired. We don't need more poisons in our diets.
