I am always very cautious when buying pre workout because I can be sensitive to caffeine. I know my body doesn't do well when I chug loads of caffeine quickly before a workout. So I started with around a half scoop of this preworkout and it was perfect. I felt super focused, motivated to stay in the gym and keep the chest pump going. While I did get a small headache after my workout I think the caffeine content was good for me. The flavor was really sugary (tastes like a rainbow pixie stick) for my pallette but will be buying again in a different flavor.

Having a nice pre-workout powder had been a game changer for me. This gives me the added energy I need to perform my workout to my fullest potential and not feel the crash afterwards . Nice taste so I have no problem using it. There is a slight tingling feeling for the first five or ten minutes but that does go away. It doesn't give me all the jitters like the previous brand I was using. The instructions are very clear so messing up isn't a issue . There are days I don't feel up to going to the gym but after my serving of this im pumped and ready to go

I like trying different pre-workout supplements. So I decided to try Shatter. It is not bad. I was hoping for a little more "get-up-and-go". It didn't give me that initial caffeine boost you usually get from a pre-workout supplement. The taste,like most pre-workout supplements was disgusting. I still have to find a decent tasting pre-workout. The size of the container was good as well as the serving size scoop. Although they could make a the scoop a little shorter. It took a second to get the scoop far enough in to close.
Great quality. Taste as ice cream. I used 2 cup dosage. Package is small but ok. You have benefit of lot energy and result is huge strenght. It's my gym routine. Frequency and efficiency are great. Composition is great for this product. Result is huge energy
Looking for something to give me that edge (and energy) to get through my workouts, and Muscletech Shatter Pre-Workout Ripped Rainbow Candy flavor certainly fulfilled that prerequisite. The Rainbow Candy flavor made it all the more enticing for my tastebuds, but more importantly, it delivered in giving me that boost I needed to focus and get me through my workouts with a high degree of performance output each day. I tried Shatter Ripped in both the recommended methods before a meal or pre-workout. Both methods worked great, but as a personal preference, I liked to drink it pre-workout, so certainly tailor as personal preference dictates.
Been taking pre since 2008 when I started with muscle techs nano vapor. Tried many different brands and types and this is by far the most negative side effects. I think energy and pumping really there and gave me a disorienting effect that if I took it at 6am would last until 3pm. First time I ever had to throw a pre out before finishing it.
I have been looking for a product to help with weight loss and increase my workout performance. I have come across this product and I am so impressed with its effectiveness. First, I really enjoy the taste of the product and it tastes very natural and soothing. It also includes very clear instructions on how to use this product to maximize the workout performance! I have lost 5 pounds already since I have been using for this product for 1 week and a half! Highly recommend it!
I have found using the Shatter pre-workout one of the better tasting and effective ones on the market. I’m not a fan of the Blue Raspberry slushie flavour so I will be trying the other flavour. As for the effectiveness I didn’t get the prickly sensation like others and was wondering if I had wasted my money, but to my surprise I ended up smashing my workout. I also found that unlike others it didn’t upset my stomach. I will definitely continue using this pre-work out going forward.
