The 3/0 Mustad Big Red twin-hook snapper rig is ready to go straight out of the packet. Both hooks have been snelled on to a monofilament trace a small distance apart, ideal for using whole or strip baits to target snapper, but can also be used for mulloway, kingfish and large flathead. Both hooks are set in the opposite direction to give you increased chances of hook-up every time a fish grabs your bait. Mustad Big Red twin-hook fishing rigs can be used for a wide variety of baits, such as strip baits, whole squid or baitfish, and can also be fished as a floater, or you can add a sinker to get down to the bottom.
