I had tried Dailies Total-1 in the past but gave up after really struggling to remove them so was a bit worried about returning to silicone hydrogel lenses. However, I found I was easily able to remove these ones. They are less stiff than Dailies Total, which means the Dailies Total may be more helpful to people who find it tricky to insert contact lenses. However, I have never had problems inserting contact lenses but my removal technique relies on ‘wrinkling’ the lens out by sliding to the side rather than a ‘pinching’ movement, meaning their composition suits me much better. These lenses are the best I have had in over 20 years of daily contacts use - have been using these for about 5 years now. They don't dry out, they fit well and I have had no eye health problems. I use them every day and they are reliable, which is important for me with a -5 prescription meaning I'd be in a pickle if I lost one out and about!The reason they are not five stars: 1) are not the cheapest 2) I occasionally cut myself on the lens foil due to them pulling off a strip and the edges being really sharp 3) very very occasionally have the odd manufacturing fault with a single lens in a batch and it irritates my eye, meaning it gets thrown away and another used.

The picture shows a new packaging from this year (review image is previous years I had before) but it’s the same kind/brand. I’ve been wearing contacts for almost 8 years now and these are by far my favorite. I’m an athlete and struggled with dry eyes in certain gymnasiums at games, and these have been a life saver. They also are silicone lenses so they can’t rip with is a big plus!

Appreciate that immensely!The contacts itself are MUCH BETTER than the Sofmed ones from America's Best. The MyDay are the substitutes allowed on my script and I'm happy to have found this site and these online. I've been wearing contacts for many years and always more monthlies, which I found irritated and dried out my eyes by the end of the day. This was my first time purchasing my contacts from Discount Contact Lenses, and in fact it was actually my first time ever ordering my contacts online. I usually purchase them whenever I go in for my annual eye examination, but I wanted to see if purchasing online would be a cheaper and overall better option. This website does such a phenomenal job!
