Surprisingly very good vacuum for such a reasonable price. The suction is strong on both my tiles and carpet floors. It's super easy to use and clean out. My favourite feature is the little light that allows you to see little things you might have missed.The product itself is a 5/5. I have rated it a 4/5 due to the box being heavily beaten upon arrival, I believe it was sent out like this as the actual product packaging had tape covering large tears. Thankfully the actual vacuum was fine.Disappointed about that but still happy with my product.

My daughter ditched our oldish vacuum when she helped me with cleaning. She looked onlne for a stick vac. Found a good deal on My Deal, gave me the money to buy the My Genie X5. She told me it was good value for what I needed for my small villa, and would make vacuuming easier.She was right on all counts.It's a terrific cordless stick vac So easy to use on all surfaces, great suction, especially for cat hair. Easy and quick to charge battery, charge does my 3 bedroom villa. Easy to clean. GREAT VALUE. I'm totally happy and satisfied with with this purchase and gladly can recommend the My Genie X5.

USELESS!! Do not buy, the suction is pathetic! It barely lifts anything from the carpet, it doesn’t even shift the pile! It looks good but the performance is pitiful! It has “some” (I say that loosely) suction on high for about 60 seconds and then it just drops and suction is barely there. The head size is tiny, it looks big in the photo but it’s very small. Do not waste your money, I literally wasted $130 because it’s not even worth using and they won’t refund or credit my money. They stated they have not had any bad feedback!Go check out reviews elsewhere like product review and you will see the “real” reviews.So disappointed, I may as well have set $130 on fire!

Just a “TOY “VERY DISAPPOINTEDHOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK ????This is truly an honest review.This vacuum cleaner is totally useless.This item was originally priced over $400 so I just don’t understand the value.Looses power very quickly & vacuuming the carpet is out of the question as it just does not pick up anything.On tiles does a vey average job.Best thing about this item is the light on the very small cleaning head.

I was expecting it to be poorly made, but when I opened it, the box felt sturdy, in colour and looked like quality, the device was shiny and felt well made.I let it charge for several hours and then tested it on my apartment, it does struggle a little on the low setting on my plush rugs; however, when on the high setting it powered through them.I vacuumed before receiving this machine, and the cordless vacuum managed to pick up even more dirt than my old electric vacuum had.I was impressed, with how light it was, how easy was to move around the apartment, and how little effort it was to get under furniture, it was just a delight to use.I was going to attach pictures but the images on the ad are accurate that I didn't feel it was required.
