Loosing faith on their products. Now theyβre using artificial coloring on their flavored products! Check the labels for blue #1 on their blue berry flavor, red #10 on watermelon, sucralose (chemical sugar), etc. That stuff has been tested plenty and known to be cancerous! Where did their quality standards go? So disappointing. Goes Well With: Nothing

I'm genuinely not sure if anything is happening to me. I might switch to creatine for my next order. The snow cone flavor tastes great alone and mixed with other flavored drinks. The packaging makes no sense. Huge freaking bag that is not even close to filled. I'm sure it's cheaper to use the bags that are on hand, but a smaller bag that is full would mean you can use smaller boxes or fit more into a box to ship more product. Also, getting powder all over your hands trying to get a scoop is annoying. The minuscule scoop gets lost so easily in the bag too. Lastly, it doesn't mix extremely well. No matter how long I shake or use an electric whisk, there are always clumps of powder floating around. Great product to add to existing drinks (pre/protein) as it is awfully bitter on its own. If you're planning to drink by itself definitely get a flavoured version. The product doesn't mix very well at all but I've found if I make my morning drink in the evening and pop it in the fridge overnight then by the morning, all of the powder has dissolved and you're good to go. Another flaw with this product is the bag design. For some reason the bag isn't the same as other products on the site and it's awkward to get your hand in there to scoop the product. You end up with a lot of the product all over your hands and it's just a bit messy. Effectiveness: I had much better BCAA with the same nutritional fact and I felt it was more effective. Will need to use the whole bag to se if it changes. Might need to adjust the daily intake. Taste and mix: the taste is good and not on a sweet side, so its good. Mixing with cold instantly. Packaging: This is the worst packaging for the BCAA powder like this. Imagine a Zip lock bag filled with the infinitesimal powder, filled for about 35%, paired with the world's tiniest scoop! So you need put your hand all the way down + find the tiniest scoop with the shortest handle ever. If you want to use it at the gym, everything will be blue (mine is Raspberry), your hands, your shaker, your clothes, your locker.....everything! Goes Well With: Water
I always thought it was a placebo effect with BCAA powder, but I stopped using it for a few weeks and noticed my body was way more achy after workouts and took longer to recover. Started taking it again and I really think it makes a HUGE difference with recovery and also how well I train. Since buying again the flavour has improved massively. Before it was really powdery with not much flavour, now it mixes much better and has a more punchy flavour. Would defo recommend!
I've tried the blue raspberry flavour of this product and it's my favorite. While I haven't seen incredible results from it, I do feel like my muscle cells are repairing more efficiently since I started taking it. I don't wake up feeling extremely stiff after workouts like I used to. In terms of my body image, I've only noticed a small improvement. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who works out or plays sports almost every day. It can help rebuild your muscles during the short time you have to recover between sessions. I think it's worth the price and could be helpful in achieving your athletic goals. Goes Well With: Blended protein whey into a smoothie along with water and ice.
Usually love MP products but the unflavoured version of this is anything but 'unflavoured' - it tastes how I imagine battery acid or poison tastes. So yuck. I put it in overnight oats with heaps of sugar free maple syrup, cinammon and other flavours to try and mask the taste and it still came through and overpowered everything else. It's like eating powdered metal. Ew. Maybe the flavoured versions are ok, but it's kind of scary just how flavoured they must be if this is the base taste of this. Goes Well With: Nothing lol
