As you would expect from MP, this product is excellent. There's no taste whatsoever, hence this being the only aspect of the review that I can't give 5 stars for. Otherwise, it's perfect. Mixes incredibly easily, into water, juice or protein shake, without any discernible residue (in the mixer or the mouth!) Goes Well With: Can be taken on its own with just water or juice, but I mix it with my protein shake (Overnight Recovery Blend) and it's perfect.

I bought Creapure to compare along side the standard MP Creatine Monohydrate powder. As far as I can tell there are little to no differences apart from the price. The standard Creatine has worked great for me so I was curious as to whether Creapure had an edge on the standard one. Unfortunately nothing to rave about. I read somewhere that Creapure mixes and dissolves much better. This remains to be seen, as I seemingly still have the same amount sitting at the bottom of my glass after vigorously mixing it (300ml cold water). The taste (Unflavoured) is what it is, tasteless as expected but drinkable nonetheless. As for results, there is no evidence, personally, to suggest it has an edge on the normal Creatine. It is however the one of most scientifically researched supplements out there with proven results in increasing muscle size and performance in the gym. It’s also great value. As long as you’re getting your doing the basics macronutrients right (1.6-2-2g of protein/kg of body weight and calories based on your goal) and training hard in the gym, this is the one supplement you need. Goes Well With: Water, shakes

Creapure creatine powder has been a game changer for me. It mixes well and I have had no issues with digestion. This has been something i have had using other brands of creatine. I used it during a loading phase (never done this prior) and even with the higher daily dose i still felt great. My lifts have become stronger and I am definitely seeing result! Great product. Have been very Impressed with the effectiveness of the creapure. Always giving you that extra push you’ve always wanted. It’s genuinely tasteless, which was a big positive for me. One thing that I feel could be improved, is it does carry a slightly grainy texture but it does exactly what it says on the tin so no concern for me at all.
