Naked Sundays - SPF BFF Brush

As I've dealt with skin issues in the past, I love using brushes (which I wash regularly) to apply my products. I'd never thought of applying my SPF with one though! Now that I've discovered this brush and the Naked Sundays 50+ Collagen Glow Creme, I'm set! The brush is super fluffy and feels lovely on the skin. It also makes it incredibly easy to buff the product into your skin and make sure you're applying enough SPF.

I love this! The mist is lightweight, good with flash photography and smells great. It does leave a very Dewey finish but nothing a little powder can’t fix if you are oily. The collagen glow creme sunscreen is also lightweight and absorbs nicely into the skin after a few minutes. Great product and my new go to on set!

Didn’t need the brush

I’m into clean beauty and so was looking for a mineral (physical) sunscreen. There aren’t many options - I was using Invisible Zinc which leaves that white sheen. This product left no white sheen, so happy with that. it’s still a mineral sunscreen so has that thick feel but that’s unavoidable. Overall happy with this product. I bought the matching brush which turned out to be unnecessary so don’t recommend the brush. I also don’t use a brush for foundation fingers only.Not sure if I’ll buy again it’s really exy for the size.

Fell apart when I went to wash it

I had been using this brush for a short while and until I went to wash it it lasted well. I finally decided to do a brush cleaning with all my brushes (including this one) and the head came out from the handle so no good at all. From a sunscreen application perspective this brush was great which is why I gave it 2 stars however from a quality perspective it is very poor. I have brushes from MAC, Hourglass, Bobbi Brown and even non Mecca cheaper alternatives and they have lasted years but this one didn't even survive one wash.

Great brush for what its intended to do

Now it is light and cheap feeling, but it's a cheap brush and meant for sunscreen and that's only what I use it for. It's been washing well! It's also great for applying sunscreen to my child

Great for applying sunscreen….

This brush is great for applying sunscreen and foundation. I particularly like it for applying the naked Sundays SPF50+ Collagen Glow. It gives me an even flawless glow to my skin. I’ve had this brush for quite some time now, and it’s lasting me well. I’m very happy with it.

Lightweight and doesn’t leave streaks !

Love this brush. So tempted to ditch all my make up brushes and just use this one. It’s so lightweight and spread liquid make up evenly without any streaks

Questionable Brush Quality

I bought the Naked Sunday pack which included the brush. I have used the brush everyday for almost 4 weeks to apply the Naked Sunday Mineral Sunscreen (which is quite thick in terms of its texture). The brush works and makes the application seamless though I am sure the sunscreen can be applied just with your fingers. The reason for the low star rating is the quality of the brush. The brush I have sheds, the brush hairs keep falling out and the strands would stick on my face etc. Also, washing the brush isn't as easy as washing the usual makeup brushes. This is probably because I've been using the brush for the mineral sunscreen which is thick and a lot of the product is stored deep within the brush so it takes quite a few rinses before the brush becomes clean. ... MoreI bought the Naked Sunday pack which included the brush. Honestly, the brush seems like too much hassle and unnecessary and since washing the brush, I have left it aside and used my fingers to apply the sunscreen.

Silky smooth application brush

I have used this product daily since purchasing it a month ago. It is a go to grab for when I want to apply a lovely, even coat of foundation, concealer, or other cream based product. I couldn’t speak more highly of this product.

Wastes Sunscreen

Applies the Naked Sundays SPF 50+ mineral sunscreen reasonably well, but a lot of product gets trapped in the bristles. Would recommend using a denser brush instead.
