Yes I know they aren't cheap, but you are paying for a premium product that is recognised and trusted around the world. The features are smart and well integrated compared to the previous version which needed add-on attachments. The installation was easy and you can always re-install with normal 3M tapes since the panels are pretty light weight. It's great as an accent light but also very functional as a reading or night light. Awesome product from an even more awsomer store!

These are just fancy LEDs.This is also a privacy issue because leafs include voice-activated lightning modes, meaning that they include microphones. Perhaps it's a non-issue for some, but ultimately you glue an Internet-connected mic to your wall with ZERO insight into how and what it is exactly used for and no option to disable it.2. Firmware quality is just ... bad. Bought two sets. Set both of them on the floor first, to play with the pattern and then moved to the wall. One set was OK. The other set refused to work when reassembled on the wall. The controller just kept spinning its lights and ignoring all key presses. Finally, the controller on one of the sets died few months in. Just one day the whole setup lighted up in half-dimmed white and the controller showed no signs on life. Completely dead. Moving controller around, trying soft and hard resets, powering off for a day, etc. - nothing worked. The best guess is that it downloaded an update that proved to be buggy, applied it and that happily bricked the thing. Spoke with their support that said "yeah, yeah, I think I know what the problem might be. Send us a video and we'll send a replacement". Weird, smells like b/s, but OK, sent the video. Now the best part - "we will be sending you a replacement, but we don't have any in stock and we don't exactly know when we will". So much for the warranty.Googled it up and apparently it's not an uncommon experience.So, caveat emptor.
Awesome lights, easy to install and set up! My partner absolutely loves them! And a huge thank you to Scorptec for having these in stock, and for making it super easy for me to pick up from the store. Highly recommend Scorptec for all your NanoLeaf lights!

The salesperson at Synced was extremely helpful. He explained to me about all three different Nanoleaf products and even gave me measurements for each to see which one will be suited for my wall. He then brought out a measuring tape to assist me to chose the number of hexagons needed. The buying process was smooth on the website. As for the product, I simply love it. Having Lifx, Philips Hue and now Nanoleaf, I can say that Nanoleaf brings our better pastel colours and it creates a very welcoming ambience :)
I cannot even get it to connect to the and your staff not helpful. Nanoleaf appointed support centre also useless to help. Looks like a total waste of my money. Will warn others not to buy if I still cannot get it resolved
Great, classy way to brighten up a space. I really like the timer function on the app, but unfortunately haven't figured out how to have it automatically turn off. Installation was a breeze too.
The shopping experience was great, seamless and easy. The staff were also very helpful!So the nanoleaf shapes that I bought were awesome and it’s really easy to setup! Now my room is permanently just lit up by them and it is the centerpiece of the entertainment room!
