NARS - Afterglow Liquid Blush - Insatiable - 7ml

the shade of blush i am using is behave. i got this blush on black friday and it came with a powder and a stick blush. i don’t really like the pump on the blush and would rather have an applicator but that is honestly just my personal opinion. make sure you shake the blush well before using it as the blush separates in the bottle. (i am fair skinned and cool toned for reference) in the photos i have uploaded i have showed you what the blush looked like blended out with your fingers, a brush and a beauty blender and i showed what it would look like after 2 coats i showed coat 1 and coat 2). i made sure to make it all equal and did 3 dots of the blush for each (if you want to see what it looks like if one or two dots of blush let me know in the comments and i will upload some more pictures) and blended each right away after applying so none of them was sitting on my arm longer waiting to be blended out (i don't think it would be dried out i just wanted to make sure they were all equal) when i went to go blend it out. the brush i used was the real techniques 421 soft accents brush. for brush application i would recommend using less blush so it isn’t so pigmented (i was just trying being fair in the picture and showing what each looks like with 3 dots of blush and 2 coats, i of course wouldn’t do 3 dots of blush and 2 coats it i was using a brush but you get my point i hope). i don’t know if i would repurchase the blush because it can get a little messy with the pump and i don’t like making a big mess. the blush is good though and i would recommend it.

I received a sample of Afterglow Liquid Blush as a member of the Nars Community so I cannot comment on the packaging or application process with the full-size product (it does look pretty perfect though)!Having tried the sample a few times I can say that this is a nice subtle glowy blush with quite a balmy feel and texture. The colour, Orgasm is described as a peachy pink with golden shimmer and it is an absolutely beautiful colour! It is easily blendable and buildable. Love the product but not the packaging!

Got this in the 'Torrid' shade. I love how shimmery and pigmented this liquid blush is. I tend to get quite oily over the course of the day (unfortunately not just the t-zone) yet this blush somehow stays put no matter what! I use just 1/4 of a pea sized amount on each cheek and I'm good to go. The consistency of Nars Liquid Blush is somewhere between watery and gel-like which makes it very easy to apply - with a sponge, brush or with fingertips (I prefer finger tips). My only very slight issue is I only need the tiniest amount, yet no matter how lightly and carefully I press down on the pump, I seem to end up with far too much product. It's also not very travel friendly, and ends up leaking everywhere, so I now just put a tiny amount in a tiny travel pot to take ... MoreGot this in the 'Torrid' shade. Natural Classic Shimmer/Glow Finish Color Org

This is my first liquid brush ever. I really liked the gold top of the bottle. It felt fancy. The blush is good for any everyday look or build up for a dressy look. I think because of my complexion, the color "Org..m" isn't as strong, but it blended on my light-medium olive skin tone giving it a more natural glow blush look. I haven't tried the other colors, so I don't know if it's the same experiemce with the other colors. At first, I thought I couldn't notice much of the blush, but once I set some sunlight to my face you're able to see the shine and glow! I think this could be combined over other blush or on it's own. The texture is more liquid than heavy, so it is easier to blend in. However, I'm a bit bummed it only lasts 6 Months, but technically it's ok, if the application allows it before it builds bacteria. But I feel because the product is a bit runny-ish, maybe the lipgloss like applicator works better.

Too much dew, too little pigment for my liking.

Purchased with my own $$.I'm quite disappointed with this product. The Nars liquid blush in the black packaging is a fantastic formula (my favourite liquid blush at that), but this is underwhelming. If you like no-makeup makeup then you might like this, but it's just too sheer and too dewy for my liking.The pictures I'm attaching are of two generous layers of this blush. As you can see, it's very dewy and the pigment is just not really there for me, and I have a fair skin tone. I apply more and more layers and although the colour will eventually build up, I find that there is too much dew when you try and add layers. Once I apply powder around the edges of my face, the colour completely gets washed out.
