NARS Laguna Bronzing Cream Laguna 01 0.67 oz / 19 G

This is the best cream bronzer you will ever use! I am absolutely thrilled that Nars has extended the shade range and made it a permanent product in their line. This bronzer is very creamy and pigmented, so a little goes a long way. It provides an absolutely beautiful sun-kissed finish without looking muddy or being too orange. It works well both under and over foundation and does not lift your foundation. It melts into the skin and works well with powder products layered on top. It has a slight coconut scent that is not offensive and quickly dissipates after application. The bronzer lasts all day, even without locking it in with a powder. I cannot recommend this product enough!

This cream bronzer is worth every single penny at $38. It literally is flawless and does exactly what bronzer is "supposed" to do. Brighten up your face and give you a beautiful warmth to your complexion. This bronzer blends in seamlessly. It's almost impossible to overdue it because it just looks so naturally beautiful and skin like. The color, Laguna 2 is SPOT ON for my light to medium skin tone and looks perfect when applied. It just hits all the right spots and makes me look like I've just come back from a sunny vacation without the sun damage. I will continue to buy this for as long as they make it and I've already ordered a back up to have just in case. I'm not one to like my makeup or skin care scented but Nars has added their Monoi oil to this cream bronzer and it smells like a tropical vacation in the jar, but dissipates once applied to the skin. It smells SO good that I went and ordered a bottle of their Monoi body oil. I cannot stress enough to you how perfect this cream bronzer is. Just do yourself a favor and buy it. You WILL love it!

I purchased the shade casino. When I first bought this I was in love. It has that perfect slightly red undertone that looks so natural on my medium/tan skin with neutral/golden leaning undertones. This shade was very pigmented on me but blended out very easily. However, a year later the shade just isn't the same on me. It appears muddy now. I have used it with clean brushes and sponges so I don't know if this is something that just happens with time because it is a cream product. I also think I may have gotten a different version of this because when I got mine from Nars.com it had just launched and the ingredients on my packaging are different than the ones listed currently on the packaging. Shade : Laguna 01 I have been on the hunt for a cream bronzer that would give a natural touch of sun kissed color yo my fair skin. The tone is not too warm and not too gray which gives it more of a bronzer effect than a contour. Could definitely be used to contour for a soft natural effect as I have done so in my natural finish look. The icing on the cake is the Nars signature monoi oil scent. I absolutely love the bronzer it glow oil from this brand and might even buy it for summer because of this bronzer. Another great staple to my routine from Nars, they continue to dominate complexion products even after all these years. There are also a few other choices of colors for deeper skin tones. I could definitely see this being used on the body as well.

A beautiful creamy bronzer

I have not been the biggest fan of bronzers (I think I have been scarred by the overly bronzed and contoured trend of a few years back!) but I did love the Nars Laguna Liquid Bronzer (RIP) as a mix in my foundation to add colour and sheen. Whilst this is obviously not the same product, I was intrigued to see how it would perform and after sampling in store, I returned to buy the full product. I like a veeeeery subtle bronze on my light-medium Caucasian skin and Laguna 01 did the trick. Beautiful texture, true natural neutral, buttery

Still unsure how I feel about this…..I’m pretty fair andI usually wear a pretty light coloured foundation, not the lightest ones but maybe the second or third because my skin is neutral-cool and slightly olive so it’s hard to match. I’ve used Laguna original bronzer a few years ago as my regular bronzer so I feel familiar with the product and colour. The 02 is clearly way too dark for me and would just look comical. It was very similar to Charlotte Tilbury Medium cream bronzer, as I went and compared both.

Chanel bronzer was my HG until they reformulated and added coconut oil which clogs my pores if it's in makeup. So I tried Nars cream bronzer in Casino when it was first released and haven't used anything else and so happy that it's back and I'm fine with it being listed as "laguna" as long as it was the exact shade as Casino which is 03 in the new release. Great cream bronzer that's easy to work with as I don't like products that require "expertise" to make it work. When I apply products, I need them to do the intended purpose with no hassle and this cream bronzer is effortless.I most of all love the shade because it is perfect for my olive/neutral skin/undertone. The cream doesn't move around and is very opaque, so it only takes a small amount and you can build it up to your liking without it turning muddy. However just get a shade that's already deep enough and it won't be necessary to build it up because it is already naturally opaque if you choose the right shade. It dries down to a lovely powder/matte finish that doesn't disrupt powder or liquid products on the face. Once it dries down, it is set and will last throughout the day without fading or becoming patchy.

I am surprised by how much I like this. I have tried the powder bronzer in Laguna and felt it just looked like dirt on my face, very unflattering. However, this cream formula is really nice. A very small amount goes a long way, and the shade is quite neutral. I would say it is much more of a contour color than a bronzer for my skin tone (Two Faced concealer in Natural Beige is a good match for me, for reference). I use powder bronzer over top for more warmth and longevity. I apply with an ELF Airbrush Blender brush on the hollows of my cheeks and use eye brushes for nose/eye contour. I've had this for about 2-3 weeks and don't see any issues with the formula drying out or separating. Such even pigmentation!

I have some slight texture on my cheeks so I was a little skeptical about getting a cream bronzer but THIS IS IT! It’s got a beautifully creamy consistency that doesn’t make you try to hard to pick up product with your brush. This also didn’t seem to move or pickup any of my foundation when I applied it, which is always a must! It has this creamy texture that applies softly and appears matte and skin-blurring. The texture is nice and consistent, no skipping when I apply it, and the formula is perfectly pigmented. It never looks spotty or uneven and it’s highly easy to build up or blend out without looking patchy or muddy as well. It very slightly smells like coconut. I feel like this is a perfect cream bronzer for beginners in makeup to the fully experienced.
