If your high beam is activated by CANBUS signal wires NOT via 12-volt wire this light cannot be installed to work without purchasing additional components which detect the CANBUS high beam ON signal and then sending 12-volts to the yellow wire running to light. Minimum cost I’ve found for required components approx AUD$165. Narva needs to update the product information and packaging to alert consumers, or include CANBUS interface with product. Not very happy it’s taken a lot of my time to research and find a solution.

Bought this in spite of reviews indicating difficult to install, I found good instruction on Narva website. There were parts I needed mainly some wire and a relay to work in my car but that is not uncommon. Suits the Suzuki swift and very happy and I also didn’t bother with a switch in dash… just a shame in went on sale for $30 less a few days later
Quality little light bar; sturdy, good beam pattern and really makes a huge difference on dark country roads. Has already saved the lives of a few dozen hoppers (and the radiator of my wife's car) in the week since installation. Not sure why they include a bright blue surround strip, but the dark grey one (also included) is virtually black, so looks just fine.Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the garbage installation instructions. Literally nothing inside the box. Not even a QR code. Had to search through the Narva website to find anything. Website also has an unclear and incomplete description on how to check if your vehicle has positive or negative switching. If it's negative, you will need a separate relay (not included).At least there isn't a need to run a wire through the firewall, but you still need to identify and tap into your vehicle's high beam trigger wire, which can take some doing if you don't know which wire that is (not visually identifiable on H7 globes). You will need a multimeter and possibly some extra electrical connectors (not included).
Excellent light for such a small light and the wiring is a breeze with the new internal switching
