I've ordered this product online twice and had the same problem both times. First the bottle leaks when it ships so you lose 1/3 of the contents and the bottle is covered in a sticky mess. They ship it in a sealed bag so it doesn't get over other things you order, so they must be aware of the problem. But it doesn't stop there. Both times I ordred the pump is also stuck. I had to search reviews and youtube and spend 15 minutes running it under hot water and trying to turn counter clock wise while lifting up with some force. Finally after the 5th try I got it unstuck.

I really wanted to give this body wash 5 stars but as much as I love this brand and the body wash itself, the pump has been an issue three times now. They are so much work to get off. I figured out.. Wash the bottle with hot water, let it sit to dry.. Then with quite a bit of pressure, push down and turn counter clockwise. The second complaint is still about the pump, body wash seems to come up which gets wasted. Otherwise, the product itself is great, I will continue to buy it but the pump design needs to be fixed, asap :)

Allways a pleasure to use, my %231 favorite bodywash. Very moisturizing, clean, great lather for my skin %26 the scent is lovely. It might be a little strong at first but you will get used to it, I would highly recommend this bodywash. But I would love it even more if they added Shae Butter to the mix, the moisturizing feeling doesn't last long. But on the other hand that's what body butter is for đ

Love the conditioner! Smells great and really moisturizing. The shampoo alone is moisturizing. HOWEVER THAT PUMP! Guys Iâm telling youâŠI could not get it open and I had given up. I was on the toilet and staring at it one night and decided to try it ONE MORE TIME and wouldnât you know⊠it opened. After a week of trying, it just decided to open (I did the push down and twist counterclockwise). Donât give up yâall lol. Four stars for that dang pump.
I love the smell of this and even though I read pump complains I havenât had any problems. Also it seems expensive but itâs lasted us a month now and itâs maybe half gone..and three people are using it (including a 5 year old who uses too much soap). It suds up a lot and one pump can clean my entire body. Itâs really nice and leaves my skin feeling both clean and soft. I have horribly sensitive skin and get rashes using anything but baby soap..and then I found this and it doesnât cause me any issues and i can smell good and like an adult! I highly recommend it.
Packaging was great and ample for shipping, upon opening I liked the simple look of the bottle. This one smells amazing, coconut and vanilla work so well together. I love that the smell isnât over powering and itâs more of a ânaturalâ smell. I used this for about three days. I like that you donât get that over soapy fake feeling. It doesnât leave a residue and I smell great after using it. I have sensitive skin and this doesnât irritate it at all. I like hat I can read and understand the ingredients and I feel extremely clean after using. I would highly recommend this soap in any scent! You wonât be disappointed.
I love Native body wash especially this scent! I just finished the sugar cookie holiday body wash but this one is my go to. Finally found it at my store in this larger size with a pump and was excited to shower..until I entered a fierce battle with the pump in my most vulnerable state. Flabbergasted at how I could be so stupid I canât open a body wash, I opened the app and read the reviews. But I wasnât crazy, others like me were also searching for solutions. Thank god. Whoever said they took off the top and strangled the pump to twist it open, thank you for saving my shower :D

It is neither vanilla nor coconut but some perverse version where both are spoiled and infused with....artificial plastic smell that makes zero sense. The washing suds are fine, my skin was fine, it feels fine but the smell is not ok. The scent is also heavy, so it's not like soap that smells a bit off. No, it's body wash that stinks. My bf says he doesn't love it but doesn't want me to waste my time exchanging/returning it. He says he will use it. I tried it again hoping I was having an off day with my sense of smell. I love the Native Coconut & Vanilla body wash, but these 36 oz pump bottles are consistently impossible to unlock the pump on. Iâve never encountered a pump bottle that doesnât simply unscrew to work. This Native body wash has no arrow indicating which way to turn it. Iâve tried pulling, pushing, turning clockwise, counterclockwise and a variety of other techniques to unlock the pump. Iâve broken a couple and some open randomly. I literally dread running out of body wash and having to open a new one. Native please use a regular turn-to-unlock pump mechanism.
I have super sensitive skin and have to be very careful about the products I use. I love, love, love this body wash. Clean ingredients. Light, fresh scent that doesn't bother my sensitivities and reminds me of summer. Or cupcakes. Summer cupcakes. Sunshine and deliciousness. It really cleans well; even post workout body odor washes away quick and easy. But it doesn't strip or dry my skin and leaves me super soft. It's everything I want in a body wash, and nothing I don't want. I've used lots of natural body washes in search of a good clean that's also good for my skin, and I've finally found the one.
