Every year I make cranberry and pistachio biscotti for Christmas, and I am pretty fussy about the nuts I use. The pistachios I bought from Carboor Harvest are excellent - plump and sweet, free of shell, all natural, securely packed and promptly shipped. I always look for dried fruits and nuts grown in Australia, and I am very pleased I discovered this business.

Pistachios are one of my favorite nuts and these are Australian grown from the best area, but are they packaged as soon as they are picked to preserve the crunch and protect them from moisture and oxygen?
Fresh vibrant coloured tasty nuts.I ordered these because my doctor advised they were beneficial for a healthy digestive biome and a much better snack than all the other things I was eating. I probably have a small mouthful once or twice a day and it takes all the hunger away. In fact sometimes when I am hungry, I look at the jar where I keep them and I just think to myself “Oh, I’m not that hungry” referring to how filling they will be if I eat them. Great for a diet as they take away all cravings for other foods. Will always buy in the future and these are quality nuts.
