I was using another popular brand when I noticed on the reviews that it contained sweetener that was in antithesis with what apple cider is meant to help with (insulin resistance) so I switched to these. The bottle is big, the capsules are not hard to swallow; smell fairly strong and slight taste of vinegar that does not leave a taste anyway. I have very severe bloating so I cannot say how much it does for me, but I will keep taking them anyway as it is not just the bloating they help for and are a generally good supplement for overall health. I hope that with consistent use perhaps the bloating will also be assisted with these. If not, I will still continue them just for general wellbeing.
I have been wanting to incoroporate apple cider vinegar after meal for weight loss suggested by my trainer.
