At one point in my life, I found I had trouble seeing clearly in dim light environments. Didn't know what had caused that but started taking Natural Factors Bilberry without high expectations. To my surprise, there was great improvement in my visual acuity after some time (months? a year? don't remember).Now my mom may have trouble seeing well in the evening. Hope this will help her as well.

Bilberries are touted to have ingredients that benefit eye health and improvement of vision. Bilberries have antioxidants that are vital in many organic systems. Sadly these days, our diets are lacking in many of these factors. So, supplementing them is helpful. These capsules do not have any unpleasant after-taste.

Second time buy. target helpful for my eyes.My formula now:1×softgel lutemax2020 Dr. Best2 ×capsules Natural factors Bilberry, 40mg a pill1× Source natural Astareal Astaxanthin 12mgBut my mom take a capsule bilberry.The result is my eyes still not improve. Just feel less tired. Not recommend. But if necessary needed. Most of the antioxidant I have is less sides effects but this formula got something that I call it side effects.

This is the first time that I have ordered Bilberry. I have been taking it 3-4 times a week and I cannot tell yet if it has any effect. Nevertheless, since the little research I had made indicates that it is a powerful antioxidant, I will continue to take it. Indeed I am about to place another order for the same product, Natural Factors Bilberry, which seems to be well made and reasonably priced.
I’ve been taking these capsules for about 3 years now. I had mild glaucoma, and since taking these capsules my eye pressure has gone back into the normal range. I haven’t done anything differently, so I believe it has to be these bilberry capsules that have reduced my eye pressure.
I like this product very much due to its effectiveness . I found an interestingfact regarding the bilberry . During the war , doctors recommended that the Royal Air Force pilots take bilberry on a regular basis as it improved their vision acuity during night flights. No one can ask for a better recommendation of this product !
