This enzymated form of Vitamin B2 works wonders for me. I immediately slept better. I have a heart rate monitor that measures my heart rate variability, and the HRV increased dramatically after taking this only once. I can feel the difference when I don't take it. the only thing that I don't like is the small size - 90 capsules per box would make more sense.Please note that my experience does not mean that everybody will feel the difference between this product and ordinary B2 - It looks like I have some kind of genetic effect that makes it difficult for my body to utilize vitamins that do not come in the enzymated form. I also need to take B6 in the enzymated form to benefit from it.

My husband had to go through chemotherapy a couple years ago which left him with nerve damage in his feet. Taking the Natural Factors Riboflavin 5'-phosphate twice daily has made a huge difference. He says it's really noticeable if he stops it for awhile. It just would be nice if it was available in a larger size cause 30 caps don't last long enough. But I don't know what we'd do without it. It's absolutely amazing stuff.
This brand offers some really great supplement options that are not so easy to find, such as this version of B2, and their B1 benfotiamine/sulbutamine mix which I also buy.However, their packaging is so wasteful - a regular sized bottle houses only 30 pills, which fills about 15% of the bottle, and then they place it in a box as well. It just such excessive packaging for such a small amount, which is my reasoning for docking two stars.Anyway, after having got my genetic report I found out I have genetic inability to absorb B2 properly compared to the majority of the population and therefore need higher amounts.
