I have been taking this cranberry supplement for almost 2 years. I normally take one after breakfast with a glass of warm water. On occasions when there is any slight symptom of a more frequent need to urinate, I take 2 capsules per day and the symptoms usually go away in a couple days. Love Natural Factors for the fact that their cranberry capsules are pure and one of the only cranberry supplements that do NOT contain Vitamin C. I'm so glad I found Natural Factors! I've been taking their CranRich capsules for a few months now and they've really helped me with my urinary tract health. I used to get UTIs pretty frequently, but since I started taking CranRich, I haven't had any problems at all. Quality and ingredient of product is great. Does not contain hemp in the composition. Benefit of product includes sugar regulation and help with any potential urinary tract problems or yeast infections. It's just like drinking cranberry juice with with no taste and more potency in supplement form. I did notice improvement with yeast issues when talking this, which helps alleviate concern of having too much sugar. Product is not age specific and age doesn't factor into this at all- it's more diet related than anything. If you use more than the package says, it's not a big deal. Just trust your body- you know what you need.

I started using this as a preventative against urinary tract infections. The serving size is just right for me. Easier to take a capsule when drinking large amounts of cranberry juice with sugar. The capsule is easy to swallow. I take one after breakfast and if I have to go to the toilet more often even if I have mild sensations, I take another later. A useful addition to my diet. It has also refreshed and brightened my day. The price/quality ratio is excellent.
Have been taking cranberry capsules for many years to decrease the number of UTI's I used to get. It has worked well for me.
