I have used this product before. It works great. The only thing is that is is rather expensive and you have to use it steadily to see the results you are aiming for. Also, if you do not drink enough water, you will be in trouble as the supplement can gum up the works without enough water. Other than that is works pretty well. I used it a few years ago and only discontinued when my job status changed and I took a pay cut. Bottom line, if I made more money, I would use it again (with plenty of water)

I got this before I read that konjac products can cause bowel blockage. When I found out, I decided not to take too much at one go. Doesn’t really curb appetite or cravings but may just help add to bulk in gut and move things along smoother.

Been using this product for quite a while now, as someone who's in insulin resistance state, it has helped me with both hunger pangs and insulin spikes. the size to price ratio for this product is very good. And the product is of high quality with really good ingredients and dosage. Overall I recommend it.
I have jus started taking it. One tablet before meal. Don't feel much "full" feeling. Would like to try taking two the following week. Only downside is the gel is quite big in size.
PGX Is amazing!!!!! I took it according to the suggestions on the bottle. Taking PGX made me feel much fuller throughout the entire day. I did not have any in-between cravings anymore. Would recommend it to anyone, that is looking for a product that helps them control their hunger.
