These are so easy to swallow, but still contain a great level of EPA and DHA. The fact that it is pharmaceutical grade is also a big reason why I buy it, as cheaper fish oils can be rancid. I keep my bottle in the fridge to prevent this as well.

The softgels are easy to swallow, excellent for elderly and kids. It is for an elderly after his operation on liver cancer. The high ratio in EPA is what I after. The price is relatively costly, but it worths.

I take it for heart health. I was looking for this particular fish oil because the smaller-sized softgels are easier to swallow.
