I have heard that Magnesium is great for supporting good sleep and hard to acquire through consuming food, so I added this to my daily supplements. I also read that it can make people gassy sometimes and to go slow with it. One the side of the bottle, it says to take anywhere from 1-4 gummies per day. I started with 2 per day at bedtime and immediately started having tummy troubles. I took a few days off and have cut way back to one gummy every day or two and have not had a problem since. I also get a little magnesium in my daily multi so I'm thinking that this should be enough for me. I have not seen a noticeable difference in sleep, but I am able to tolerate it well now. I wish they were more specific in how much to take.

I love this product. I have a hard time falling asleep at night and once I take these I’m out like a light. The best part is, you don’t feel groggy in the morning like you would with melatonin. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who needs that push to fall asleep at a reasonable time. Love love love this!!

These are amazing! While I was pregnant, I was desperate for something to help my headaches, since there wasn’t much I could take Tylenol wasn’t helping. So I took a shot with these. These helped my headaches so much! With a couple pluses that I really needed too! They helped me be more regular helped me sleep better fall asleep quicker. Those are a couple bonuses I didn’t expect, but we’re definitely needed, during pregnancy or not! Try these!

We love these Calm magnesium gummies! They work and taste great, plus they're vegan. Kinda get stuck to your teeth, but it's not too bad. Way cheaper than Walgreens. Sadly, the 120 count can only be bought online and not in stores. I just worry it'll melt outside in this heat. So far it hasn't.
I really like these gummies. I like that they are very natural. This product is excellent and far exceeded my expectations. This product is also great for sleep and allows me to relax at night prior to me going to sleep. I like the flavor of these gummies and would recommend to friends and family. I like the quality and they are fast acting and effective. This is a great size an value.
They taste great! But as far as feeling any physical reaction after taking them I don’t. Maybe it’s because I’ve used a Xanax before and that definitely had an immediate reaction but if you look at the ingredients on here it’s mainly sugar. But if you don’t think about it from that point of view it could have a psychological effect on your overall feeling of wellness or relaxation
An awesome product. My body responds well to these gummies. I tend to run low in magnesium and calcium. The gummies support my digestive system and help regulate bowel movement. I enjoy the taste and pop them in my mouth like candy! In addition, they give my husband a good night's sleep.

I wanted to like this- ive tried the powder before but hate how it made everything taste like seltzer. The gummies are disgusting- waxy taste, super chewy, and sticks to your teeth. 20 minutes after eating them i got stomach pains/heartburn that lasted for hours. I took them for multiple days to try and stick it out but they never got better. Refund please!
to be honest we did not expect this to work well. but it worked very well. it calmed down hyper kids almost immediately. the effects last a good few hours. however, the taste is not great. the kids do complain about the taste. it has a weird pink colour and weird fake taste. good results from this big economical bottle. happy to have purchased on sale. recommended.
