Natural Vitality Natural Calm Natural 8 oz

This is just okay. I much prefer Sunshine Vitamin's brand of magnesium because it has more extra supplements added, and it doesn't have Stevia and other flavors. This stuff tastes kind of nasty, but it gets the job done. Also, has anyone else noticed that their nails getting stronger while using this? Because mine have definitely seemed to improve, and this is the only thing I can attribute it to!

I swear by this stuff! I never knew how much magnesium was so helpful until someone suggested I try taking some at night before bed to help me fall asleep (there is also a night time blend). It also really helps with anxiety, stress, muscle stiffness/aches and generally just makes me feel better! My only tips are - it foams when you add water so leave room in your cup for a ton of fizz and start off with small doses, it also helps you go to the bathroom 🤣

#CalmVitality is the best anti-stress, and anxiety drink. It's $10 at Walmart. I get the raspberry flavor. The first time I used it I took a long nap. This has Magnesium in it and it will calm you way down. I use this for my anxiety attacks. Very effective and worth the money because the container is good sized. I highly recommend it. #Influenster

I’ve tried everything over the years to help ease my anxiety and stress and insomnia — and THIS saved me. I have two reasons I’m a drink of water before I go to bed and sometimes I’m the morning and feel way more at ease all day and sleep better. I’m going to try the Calm gummies bears. A favorite

This magnesium seems to work differently than capsules or other forms of magnesium. It really relaxes my intestines, and when I need a little help for regularity, I always take this first--no need to ever use a laxative or other gummy products, because this works like a charm on me. The taste needs to be masked with juice. So I add 2 teaspoons of the Calm powder and add 1/2 water & half juice to make 4-6 oz drink. Helps in many ways. It's pricey, but nothing else works for me like this one. I prefer the plain, unflavored. The flavored versions of this product are sickly sweet & nasty tasting, so I stick w/the plain and flavor it with juice.

A miracle for constipation

I cannot say enough good things about this product. My child has been struggling with constipation and I refused to use Miralax or other drugs because I don't trust them in young children. I heard about this product and tried it out. It was a miracle for my child, no more constipation and the product is natural AND non GMO! Thank you Natural Calm!

CALM really does help keep you calm .

CALM has helped with my muscle spasms.. they happen less often and are less severe .I have more energy for exercise. I have better sleep.. I also feel calmer when taking this product..Warning...be careful how much you take..if you take too much it can be like a laxative..plus..too much magnesium can be toxic..I recommend this product often to people..Enjoy!..

Why change a good thing??

They changed the magnesium to magnesium carbonate which is only 30% bioavailable, compared to magnesium citrate that they used to use which is 90% bioavailable. So if you buy this product just know you need to take a LOT more to get the same benefits.
