I bought the Sand Drift Suede, and love the color and look. The suede got gray marks on it after wearing them one time (in an office - not in the mud or anything), and I can't get the marks off. The vamp is higher than most ballet flats, preventing toe cleavage, which is a pro for me. I'm tall and thin with a long foot, and a low vamp elongates my foot, and it doesn't need any illusion of being bigger. Straight out the box, the shoes were very comfortable, but the seam on the left heal cut my foot the first time I wore them. Right shoe did not have this issue, so I think it was an issue with assembly of that one shoe. I wore a bandaid the first ten times or so that I wore the shoe, and the rough spot has finally worn down, and both shoes feel great now; there is ... MoreI bought the Sand Drift Suede, and love the color and look. Now that the shoes are both broken in, my only complaint is that they make little squeaks when I walk. The interior of the shoe is not fabric; the liner is leather or faux leather and the shoes make little noises from air caught between my arch and the shoe. On the plus side, the lack of a fabric lining makes the shoes easier to keep clean and smelling fresh. The little noises however, are most unfortunate sounding when walking down the quiet halls at work!! My other Naturalizer shoes (three pairs of riding boots, of various styles) are all 9.5, but I bought these in a 10 based on the "find my size" tool, and they fit perfectly.

A very beautiful show but comfort wise is incredibly hit or miss.I have bought this shoe numerous times in black and once in nude. The nude pair is wonderful, soft and comfortable. All of the black ones vary in comfort as well as whether or not they cause blisters.I recently bought the black patent leather for the first time and the backs of my heels are raw.The two smaller toes on each foot are red and blistered.I have been trying to break them in for weeks. The rest of the shoe is starting to look worn out and the heel area is still extremely stiff and causing blisters even if I don’t use the shoe for a long period of time.Furthermore the insert on the shoe is very poor material, makes awkward noises when you’re walking that could be very embarrassing.

At first, these flats felt perfect -- after a day or two of breaking in, they were incredibly comfortable. But for $80.00, I would expect the leather to last longer than two months. I work an office job where the only time these shoes are exposed to the elements is on my walk from the parking lot to my desk. In that amount of time, the leather had already begun to peel and flake off. It looks unprofessional, so I can no longer wear them. If there was some sort of warranty, I would return them. Feeling disappointed at the money spent.

I normally love Naturalizer ballet flats. I own a size 10 beige ballet flat that I thought was the same style. However, those pinch across the ball of my foot and squeeze in the toe box as my right foot has changed. So, I ordered an 11. That should fix it, right? Evidently not. It isn't just my feet that have changed! The size 11 didn't have as deep a curve in the opening of the shoe toward the toes, so they aren't exactly the same cut. They LOOKED longer than my size 10's, but didn't feel any better at all. In fact, the inside edge of the shoe cut into my foot at the ball of my foot beneath the big toe, and the toe box was as narrow as the 10 's were. I wanted to like these shoes, but I will not suffer for fashion. They were quality Naturalizers, but aren't a true ... MoreI normally love Naturalizer ballet flats. It is extremely uncomfortable. I've worn it twice now, with and without socks, and both times have had the same results. It's constantly rubbing the back of my ankles and creates a suction in the arch area, so that every time I take a step, the suction is released and makes a noise. I do have the correct size because my feet were measured at a running store. Expected much better for this price point. I contacted customer service and they sent me a link to read how to return UNWORN shoes.
This is a great, basic flat that can be worn with both casual and more dressy outfits. I particularly like the tumbled leather look. Sometimes, even shoes in narrow width are too wide in the heel. That’s not the case with this style. The heel truly is narrow. I ordered this in a 9N but my toes were right at the end so I am in the process of exchanging for a 9 1/2N. If it’s a bit long, I can add a heel pad. I’m only giving 4 stars because I won’t be able to judge the comfort and quality until my exchanged shoes arrive. I have always had good luck with this brand and am confident they will be comfy.
I just bought these shoes. When first putting them on, I noticed how comfortable the bottoms felt against my feet, but that they feel really unstable—they have the tiniest of heels, but the way the heel is made puts your sense of balance in a weird spot. It just feels a little off. Upon a full day of wear, these shoes ripped my heels open, and irritated the tops of my feet. They fit perfectly and look adorable! But not comfortable for people on their feet all day.
You know how they tell you to wear flats when you wear heels? My high heel boots are a lot for me in my opinion. I bought these because I wear heels a lot and they are my dressy shoes that I am comfortable in. I live in Florida and while my feet are naturally sweaty it’s worse heal. So my first complaint is the sole of the shoe but that isn’t my main thing. That can be remedied with a different sole. My thing is that I have to wear bandaids on the back of my heels to keep myself from getting a blister. And I have naturally wide feet so my pinky toe rubs against the sides. So I end up wearing 4 band aids by the end of the year. I didn’t like then I will be more picky with buying flats in the future.
I bought these a few week ago and should have returned them the moment I opened the box! Could see many missing gaps and glue marks between the sole and rest of the shoe. Decided to give them a go since I usually love Naturalizer and as a size 12 can’t shop at many places. That is why I am very disappointed with the low quality of the shoe, especially considering that it costs over $100! Overall it looks cheaply made. Also this particular model is not comfortable at all as the shoe is very thin, made my foot look extra wide and flat and gave me horrible blisters.
This was the only size narrow (AA width) option I could find at Nordstrom or Rack in a plain neutral colored flat for spring. I want Chloe scalloped flats because they are all natural leather but they are the price of 9 pairs of these at the discounted price. I only wish I could find this type of shoe with arch support and shock absorption in modern trendy options with real natural materials such as leather lining and sole. I do worry about the foams, plastics and adhesives in my shoes because my feet sweat in there all day long encased in plastic / polyester based peds within the shoes. And a long day at work while traveling is included can be from 4 AM - 10 PM. That’s a long times for my feet to be trapped in these materials. And a long day at work while traveling is included can be from 4 AM - 10 PM. That’s a long times for my feet to be trapped in these materials. I have seen prop 65 warnings on other shoes for their materials on other sites and that is what made me start to wonder what I am really exposing myself to in my footwear and the word “man made” doesn’t explain much. These are extremely comfortable and I am sure I will get many wears out of them. I got them at full price and I think they were worth it at full price. So at this discounted price I wish I could get a black suede, a cream suede and a grey suede as well as a trendy color for spring. I also wish these were in a more fashion forward shape option in addition to more colors. Not all women with narrow feet want generic non-trendy colors and shapes. Not all women with narrow feet want a total lack of options for spring trends. And I wish there was a way to search the site for shoes that fit narrow / have a European fit like Chloe, Stuart Weitzman etc. because I can’t filter the site for them and so it makes it way harder to find shoes that fit me ending up in many more exchanges and returns.
