Nature Made Zinc, 30 mg, Tablets - 100 tablets

Zinc is a supplement I take daily for immune support. I began taking the Nature Made Zinc 30 mg Tablets last month at the recommendation of my physician. They seem to be working well as I have been less susceptible to colds since starting this supplement. The tablets themselves are the size of a mini Altoid, have no taste, and are easy to swallow. They do not cause tummy upset or any side effects. Nature Made supplements are available at most pharmacies and chain retailers. I purchased this Nature Made supplement at my local Commissary for less than $10. It is one I will continue to use and recommend.

When I am sick these are always my go to! They don’t have the best taste, however they are muchhhhhh better then your traditional cold / cough syrup. And it kicks out the cold significantly faster!

I've been taking since the beginning of winter. This I believe has been a great defense in my house. I've been missed with a household of colds, and icky viruses. I take one a day in the morning and I've been ( cross my fingers) feeling great!

Fair Price

I was in need of my Zinc Supplement and found it at Target for a fair price and I didn't have to wait forever to get it. I have been taking Zinc 30mg (2) each day along with Vitamin C supplements each day and I have not had a cold or had covid, These 2 Supplements along with drinking hot tea with honey added have boosted my weaken immune system. I also try to eat plenty of carrots , beets, good vegetable, pureed fruit along with chicken and fish. I Like The Nature Made Brand name it's been around for many years and it's Pharmacist recommended and I trust it to be one of the best Supplements money can buy. It's certainly done well by me. No colds , flu anything viral , bacterial in years since I started this regimen. SO Happy Target carries this brand name.

It improved my skin condition so much! My skin doesn't have anymore of those cystic acnes. I took this and Vitamin A for maximum effect of clearing my skin, and it worked for me. It's American made, and generously portioned for the price. Super worth it, and I'm buying AGAIN!I did my research to see what dose of both Zinc and Vitamin would work safely for me, (I'm female, no child, average tall and weight). 30mg a day with 10k vitamin A = perfect combo.Trust me sis.
