I have been using this product for several years when I am sick or feel something coming on. I feel like it is a bit more potent than capsules of dry echinacea. Often I will add alcohol-free goldenseal and alcohol-free astragalus for extra immune boosts. Has a bit of a bitter flavor but it's not too bad in juice.

Recommended by a friend last spring after 4 months of sinus infections and several rounds of antibiotics. Took 20 drops 3-4 times a day, and after two weeks almost completely better. We now take this at the first sign of cold, and it works!! I had no prior experience with homeopathic meds, but definitely on board now!

Good quality herbal ingredients that have many health benefits. This product is very effective against many illnesses. I use this instead of antibiotics. Doesn’t taste nice but I just shot it down in minimal water.
I use a different and effective Echinacea here in Ireland but I noticed this product is alcohol free. The main problem here is that I also give echinacea to my dog as it relieves itchy problems. For a long time I did not give it because of it’s alcohol content but then started him on it as his problem got worse. There were no apparent side effects but who knows if problems would occur with prolonged use. So for him - alcohol free it takes away this worry. For me, I HAD a throat ulcer and in looking up the benefits of Golden Seal I found that it was supposed to be effective at healing these. No suppose about it, after a few days the pain involved ceased and I am sure that it has indeed healed. Absolutely no side effects as one might expect from a Holistic product. The bottle I received from my order on 29-nov-2019 has only 240mg + 84mg of herbs per serving, as compared to 500mg+500mg herbs listed on the website picture. This is only one-third of the specified content which is very low. I am not sure whether this lower dosage work as well as the original one. Otherwise the original one is good for flu/cold prevention.
Didn't feel any super-improved immune function. (And this was taken with "LifeTime Vitamins,Oregano Oil & Olive Leaf, 2 fl oz (59 ml)" for an entire week!!) Great combo-concept of these 2 powerhouse ingredients though. Hopefully they did do something good inside me. But I wouldn't go into a real pandemic or an actual warzone with putrefying dead bodies laying around armed with this. Darn! Had high hopes ...
