I really do like this brand! I have actually come to like it even more, in the last few years. I can't take them daily; I alternate days with my regular daily multivitamin because of a few mild side effects I experienced taking 3 times daily (the formula I take says daily value is from taking 3 pills a day). Pros first. My nails immediately became stronger, less brittle and dry. My big toe nails stopped peeling and flaking apart. My cuticles look healthier, toe nails in general lost yellow coloring, and all my nails have a healthy pink color underneath. My feet have fewer dry cracks in heels. My bottom eye lashes are fuller versus before I started taking the Nature's Bounty vitamins and my eyelashes overall don't fall out as often so definitely a decrease in hair shedding there. They were falling out or right into my eyes frequently to an extreme, though my top eye lashes remained look full, you could that the bottom half (though normally not as full as top) was thin and sparse to the point that half my lash line was missing hairs. Now the cons. I have a few mineral deficiencies do to stress effect absorption, especially potassium so these vitamins are missing some minerals larger because natural vitamin makers don't agree with big named multivitamin makers for putting certain nutrients in there pills, largely because body won't absorb them especially since some ingredients cancel each other out at the proportions those brands have in them. That being said I felt the defecency creep up on me when I tried to just do the Hair, Skin, and Nail pills as my daily multivitamin while still taking a potassium supplement since I don't get enough in my diet and was diagnosed with dangerously low blood potassium at times. So I do take the Kroger store brand version of Centrum to balance out that. These vitamins have such a high concentration of B vitamins that it sends me to the bathroom frequently and messes with my sleep pattern by giving me too much energy. B vitamins can naturally give an energy boost without the negative crash you get from energy drinks or caffeine from coffee or stimulant pills. So to combat this problem, I only take these every other day, but only 2 pills that day instead of 3, and take a regular multivitamin on the other day. Even now without taking daily, I see continued results in my overall hair, skin, and nail health. I should mention that these aren't going to magically make your hair grow, but I do shed hair less and retained the new growth on my scalp so I recommend giving these a try.

This is really good. I'm not sure if it improved my hair although I did notice some new hair growth; however, it has done great things for my nails. My nails usually chip and peel regardless of strength, but this has improved and I have not had my nails peel as much. I'm hoping over time they will improve even more. This is the perfect size caplet and so easy to swallow and after a few months I am a believer. This was recommended by my dermatologist as I am experiencing some hair thinning. It has helped sustained my hair and I've noticed improvement of my nails after 2 months. Best hair vitamins possible!! I promise it helps your hair grow fast!! The quality is good dosage for 2 months

My hair was shedding a lot. More than 200 strands per day. I started this supplement, within a week my hair fall reduced. And after 3 weeks it came to normal few strands a day. My nails were very thin, would get transparent in water, would break often so i never grew them. Now its long and strong. The size of pill is perfect, i just take once a day. I have benefited tremendously not just with hairfall and nails but also my leg pain has reduced. I will keep purchasing this product. Highly recommend.

Previously there's a higher dosage version but was discontinued or not available somehow. Not sure why. So I end up ordering this lower dosage version and into my 2nd bottle. I don't seems to see any significant improvement on my hair or nail condition (Not gonna elaborate the details.) Btw I consume this on alternate day & usually skip on weekend. I'll try another brand formula. Sometimes we have to "experiment" until it works. However I hope this works for you. Pls give me a thumbs up 👍🏻 Thank you so much 😊
