This is supposed to discourage destructive scratching by spraying on furniture, carpets and curtains (I guess anywhere you don’t want them scratching). It’s also supposed to be a long- lasting, concentrated formula. Scratching is very instinctual for cats and I completely understand that, which is why I have sisal scratching posts, scratching pads and toys EVERYWHERE. And, I like Nature’s Miracle products. But, this was a miss. My cat wasn’t deterred in the slightest. Every feline is different, so it might work for yours, but my experience was not positive, so I personally don’t recommend

As far as I know, it works. Does it work great? No. Are there better things out there? Yes. But for something like your couch, it does the job but you do have to keep reapplying or else they just keep doing it. I also think cats do what they want so maybe it’s not the product, it’s the cat and how they react.
