I didn't have super frequent cold sore outbreaks - but i was constantly paranoid & HATED when they popped up. They made me so self conscious. Ever since i started taking Lysine 2 years ago, i literally have had maybe 1 cold sore... Awesome! The Nature's Own brand works perfectly & CW always has great sales where you can pick it up super cheap!

By far the most effective product I've ever used for cold sores. Reduces severity of outbreaks and clears them up much faster than any of the creams or patches. Great for prevention too if you're stressed or have other triggers, take these preemptively to ensure the cold sore doesn't happen in the first place.

I got my first bottle of these almost a year ago now. One a day, every day for maintenance, and 3 a day for outbreaks. Usually during stressful situations I am more prone to outbreaks, as well as if I'm smoking. However in the last year I've only had one outbreak which is now (May 2023 now), and the severity is nothing on how they usually are. Most Lysine tablets, vitamins etc. contain around 500mg of Lysine Hydrochloride, where-as these have 1000mg and that definitely helps. Highly recommend giving them a go. Especially for the price per tablet/per bottle.

This product works! I take it regularly to prevent a cold sore with nil side effects & if Iām run down or have influenza it still prevents a cold sore when I would normally absolutely have one.
I take one lysine tablet everyday as a preventative and it works well. I have always gotten cold sores regularly since I was a child and this is the one product that works the best to prevent them. If I end up getting a coldsore, lysine usually helps reduce the severity of it.
This is my go to tablets for cold sores. As soon as I feel the tingling sensation I take a tablet and it seems to put it at bay. On one occasion I did get an outbreak but this tablet definitely shortens the duration and reduces the pain. Highly recommended
I have suffered from Cold Sores for years and since I have found this product, it has made a huge difference. If you take it straight away when you get the tingle, usually the cold sore won't come out at all. If you delay having the tablet, it still reduces the severity of the cold sore. I love this product and highly recommend.
Very good for suppressing cold sores, I was one of those Children who picked up the virus from "Kiss the Baby Aunties" so suffered with those dreaded cold sores for years - until I found out about L-Lysine and in particular, Nature's Own brand. Since using same, cold sores are 95% reduced and if taken in conjunction with virus defeating cold sore cream, they are 99% suppressed!. The Herpes virus stays with you all your life, but this product really works!
I am happy because although I have been taking this pill for a few days I have felt good without a fever, every time I have my period I always get this virus and so far I have felt very well, thanks for selling this product.
This is so cheap and so worth the purchase. If I were to take one item to a deserted island, this product would be it. I have taken 1 tablet per day since December 2013 and haven't had a cold sore since then. I know there is no cure for cold sores but it has been over a year (plus has been quite stressful) and I'm yet to get a cold sore.Sometimes I might feel the burning tingle of an incoming cold sore but I have never had a breakout. This has completely changed my life for the better.
