This works very well for mild joint stiffness and various 'aches and pains'
Curcumin was suggested to help in part for controlling psoriasis so taking this along with other meds seems to be helping. And my nails have never been stronger.
Ive tried many Curcumin Tablets and these are definitely the best quality and the best price. Im staying with these now :)
After 2 weeks taking this, it is a little bit early to call but I do think there may be something starting to happen
I have been buying the 30 tablets from the supermarket, then I found that Pharmacy online stocks 90 tablet container, and only slightly dearer. What I find using activated curcumin tablets are only good for reducing inflammation especially at the knees, but the pain also goes if only for 6 - 8 hours and you get movement, I have two a day and that works well.
It really works as an inflamatory. my joints feel better. My digestive system works better.
