My review is for Nature's Way Vita gummies Women's Multivitamin. I really don't like having to swallow tablets in the mornings and discovered these gummies at my local chemist. I have been using these for over 12 months and I am so happy with them. They taste lovely and don't have a bad smell at all- taking vitamins is now bearable with these gummies. There is a great range in the Gummies range - I do find the normal vita gummies have a bit of a yuck smell, but the Women's gummies are great- I will continue to take these in the future. Great for people who hate taking tablets as they are very pleasant to chew !

They taste great, they are easy and convenient. They provide your daily vitamin needs and nice sugar fix. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Disappointed

Have been using this product for years. Went to buy more and discovered that it now contains GLUTEN! I still have a bottle I bought previously and that doesn't contain gluten. Why the change? I have coeliac disease and rely on a good vitamin to get me through. Can't continue to buy this product.

On the fence

Not sure if it actually does much. Covered in a lot of sugar and has an awful smell. The smell goes away a little once you bite into it and taste the strawberry flavour. After researching gummy vitamins I’ve learned that there may not be an even amount of vitamins in each gummy. I decided to try these only because multivitamin tablets are quite unpleasant but I guess they work better.

Sprinkled with sugar???

I obviously can't comment on what goes into the product, so therefore I will reserve my opinion on the obvious. First of all, why would you sprinkle each of them with sugar and proclaim they are healthy. Since I bought a pack, I now have to wash each of them to get the sugar off...they are sweet enough! Secondly, if you have to eat at least two of them a day, why not just make the gummies bigger? Could the reason possibly be that it is a sales pitch to seem like we are getting value for money? Lastly, if you pay full price for them they appear over-priced. Thankfully, they were half price at the time. I don't think I would buy again primarily for the fact of the overabundance of sugar on them.

Yum but do they work?

Very yummy sweet flavour, super easy to chew and digest. Has no negative side effects like bloating etc. Keeps you nice and light. Does it actually work though? Probably, the scientific evidence is there. However, I personally cannot feel a difference in my health or fitness whether I take these or not.
