I don't know what they contain, but they taste good.
Very very yummy and easy to take, daily treat and always feel like to have another one. The bad thing is it is too attractive for kids and they can continue eating a lot and easily overdose - - so make sure lock it securely away from kids

I shy away from these 'gummies' as I feel medication shouldn't be 'lollies'. HOWEVER, I needed D3 and this is all that was in stock. They are amazing and do actually taste like a lolly, i have to stop myself from eating the whole jar they are that good. So i guess they would be good for someone who struggles taking tablets.
